For your recipe remover mod i would like to suggest adding in support for the MCPermissionsmod. This would allow serves to block crafting of items like tnt for players but not for admins and such.
admins can just creative the item in or use NEI. besides i'm not denying the recipe from players. I'm erasing it entirely. that's why it's called recipe remover.
Instructions
1) Install forge
2) Place the ForgeIRC zip in your mods folder
3) Run minecraft once to generator configs, then close it.
4) Edit .minecraft\ForgeIRC.cfg file to your liking (remember to change "connect" setting)

Soul Shards allows you to create a Soul Shard that absorbs the souls of monsters you kill to be inserted into a Soul Cage later. This Soul Cage is a special block that can spawn the type of mob your Soul Shard was absorbing, usually at much better rates than a vanilla monster spawner.
This mod's cages can sometimes spawn monsters you can't normally get with vanilla spawners. In addition high tier shards can spawn special monsters and have other bonuses.
Spotlight
Overview
Soul Cage
The Soul Cage is an empty conduit for monster souls. Once imbued with energy using a Soul Shard, mobs will begin spawning from the Soul Cage. When you harvest the cage you will get a shard back of the appropriate tier. In addition mobs spawned from cages will drop items even if not killed by a player (not including rare drops). For instance blaze will drop their items even if killed by water.
Vile Dust
This strange dust is created by cooking soul sand in your furnace. Perhaps you can combing it with things to create something useful.
Corrupted Essence
Something horribly evil is created by putting Vile Dust with Glowstone Dust. What uses could this horrible essence have?!
Soul Forge
The Soul Forge is a mysterious device fueled by Corrupted Essence. Perhaps you could make all sorts of things in to something evil with this.
Corrupted Metal
This vile material seems to be made in the soul forge from ores. It seems to have the potential for a great deal of absorption of souls. It just needs a little push. Perhaps enchanting a weapon made from it?
This shard of corrupted diamond seems to be able to absorb the souls of monsters you kill (while in your hotbar). Right click on a Soul Cage to imprison the essence of the monsters trapped within into the cage. It seems to also have a strange reaction to monster spawners!
Soul Shards have 5 tiers. Each tier gives progressively better spawning capabilities once imbued into the Soul Cage.
Tier 1
- Requires 64 Kills
- Mobs can spawn 2 at a time
- Mobs spawn 20 seconds apart
Tier 2
- Requires 128 Kills
- Mobs can spawn 4 at a time
- Mobs spawn 10 seconds apart
Tier 3
- Requires 256 Kills
- Mobs spawn whether player is near or not
- Mobs can spawn 4 at a time
- Mobs spawn 5 seconds apart
Tier 4
- Requires 512 Kills
- Mobs from other worlds and that could not otherwise be found as spawners can be spawned.
-example: Blaze spawner in the overworld, enderman spawners, creeper spawners, etc.
- Mobs spawn whether player is near or not
- Mobs can spawn 4 at a time
- Mobs spawn 5 seconds apart
Tier 5
- Requires 1024 Kills
- Can be powered off with a redstone signal
- Ignores Light levels
- Mobs from other worlds and that could not otherwise be found as spawners can be spawned.
-example: Blaze spawner in the overworld, enderman spawners, creeper spawners, etc.
- Mobs spawn whether player is near or not
- Mobs can spawn 6 at a time
- Mobs spawn 2 seconds apart

Recipe Remover
Recipe Remover is a tool for server admins that allows you to remove recipes for items or blocks you don't wish to be allowed on your server. It is 100% Forge compatible.
Removing a recipe is simple. Just create a list of the itemid or itemid:meta's you want to remove and place it in the config. Example:
1.1:
- Fixed recipes being removed from 1.4.2 that shouldn't.

Hey, can you improve the color translation for when you do &(colour) from minecraft, the irc colours also change?
That also goes for the ^(colour name) [ EG: ^red ]. (Is that possible?)
Also, make it that the minecraft client wont see messages from the IRC channel that starts with a customisable phrase like '.' (fullstop).
In other words, if a irc user enters .(TextGoesHere) , the minecraft client wont see it, only the irc users in the channel.
This is helpful as i have eggdrop bots, and when I do a command, like .get , the minecraft client, and all other players see it, which I don't want to happen

Couldn't help but double post this. I really want it, otherwise I'm going to have to decompile it.
But recompiling is what coders do, and you should make it open source. I really want to customize it specifically for a server
no. i shouldn't make it open source. I specifically don't make it open source because i don't want people derping about in my code changing things I have plans for. Additionally it's against my license to mess around with it. There isn't much I can do if you're not distributing, but if you are you are violating my license.

can reciperemover remove the item in ic2?
I found I am unable to remove the nuke in ic2.
And seems also other items.
Is there a way to make it work?
Thanks for the bug report, but please don't decompile my mods.
It doesn't appear to be blocked in any way from my end.
Anyone else having this problem?
you need to update the adfly link as its giving a 404 now
But recompiling is what coders do, and you should make it open source. I really want to customize it specifically for a server
What about Dropbox?

2) You incorrectly formatted your config.
You did: removedIDs=}46 613 30214 30215 25284
The Example Says: removedIDs=57,62:3,32
Clearly you can see that the example has no spaces
Also, you closes the string field before entering the ID's
Sooo to fix this, copy and paste all of below to your config:
Has a config option been implemented for soulshards to disallow or configure the consumption of spawners?
