This is a mod by um3k (original thread here). It adds more anaglyph modes, a cross-eyed mode, and a parallel mode. I have updated it for newer versions of Minecraft.
Example screenshot (Green/Magenta full):
Mode list:
Color Red/Cyan
Orig. Red/Cyan - The vanilla anaglyph mode
Opt. Red/Cyan
Red/Green
Red/Blue
Green/Magenta full
Green/Magenta opt
Magenta/Green full
Magenta/Green opt
Yellow/Blue Full
Yellow/Blue um3k
Custom - See below
Cross-Eyed
Parallel
Quad Buffer - I don't know what this is supposed to do
If you want to use the custom mode, make a file named anaglyph.txt in your .minecraft folder.
The first 9 settings (red_r-blu_b) control the mixing of colors. The numbers in each group of 3 should add up to 100.
The gamma settings can be used to brighten a color channel if it ends up too dark after the mixing. This should be float, not integer, in the range of 0.01-9.99. Higher numbers are brighter.
The eye settings control which mixed color channels will be visible to which eye. There are two possible settings, a setting of 0 means right eye, a setting of 1 means left.
The default settings have no effect, equivalent to "off".
Also, thought you might like to know, quad buffer does diddly-squat. I would suggest replacing it with the squashed side-by-side mode some people are requesting. Definitely keep the non-squashed cross-eye, though, as that was my crowning achievement.
Disclaimer: I assume no responsibility for any headaches or eyestrain cause by playing in 3D.
Also, after a while, MC started to reserve all my processing power and lag like hell.
(this is the first modding I've done since Beta 1.8.1, so I don't know if the following still applies)
Exiting to the main menu and then going back to your world/the server should fix the lag. This can also be fixed by modded your client to automatically reload the renderer every few minutes. The Managlyph mod should not have affected that. All it does is change the colors that the anaglyph code uses.
I was so hoping someone will fix this mod for 1.3.2. thanks.
it works wery well, the only thing is i dont see rei's minimap anymore.
Loading the mods through SKMCLauncher and using your mod, Optifine and Minimap. I have deleted minimaps aow.class, but still nothing.
Tested it without your mod and it works just fine.
I Installed it, it worked then I got my trioviz glasses out and the colors seemed to be split too far, I tried using parallel and whatever the other one that's similar to it, they also seemed to be split pretty far apart, now im not sure if its just me or what but it would be awesome if there was a way to adjust it for my trioviz glasses

I do not have "trioviz" glasses, so I can not help you with that. Sorry
THANK YOU SO MUCH! i was tired of having to use windows on my mac and using render wrapper was a big pain and slow refresh rate caused my eyes to hurt badly. but this fixes everything! thank you so much this is awesome! I am also glad that you are planning to fix the ui! would make it a lot better... keep up the amazing work now i can use my 3d monitor to play minecraft in parallel mode! Also one more thing...
if it would be at all possible to make it less stretched in parallel mode... blocks look like half slabs. not sure if thats just an issue for me or if its just unfixable. I use a side by side 3d mode (interlaced) on my 3d display incase that helps...
P.S. you can fix the issues by doing this...
Divide the render resolution of the horizontal X value by 2 or it will look stretched on 3d side by side mode. The monitor basically multiplies the horizontal res and cuts it in half displaying one for each eye. Mine only works with Parallel as crosseyed is reversed. (these are screenshots of render wrapper)
Excellent work! I had been hoping to see manyaglyph updated for quite some time.
Issues: in the parallel and cross-eyed modes, I notice that the crosshairs are in the wrong place (shifted left). I also second the need for it to be squashed horizontally in those modes so that it displays properly on my passive 3d monitor, which can convert HSBS input to full-screen interlaced 3d. Ideally, a native interlaced mode would be fantastic, but that's probably not a reasonable request. I wish I had the time to learn java and help =/
@mau5inthehau5: How were you able to change to Half Side-by-side?
My 3d monitor has a feature that allows for it. It takes the output stretches the horizontal value by 2 and spans it accross the screen one side as one eye and the other as the other eye. (interlaced 3d)
Nice update! I don't know if this would be useful for me (cause I can't find any red and blue 3D glasses) cause the theater I go to doesn't have those but I would love to try this mod if I did have them XD
Hey, thanks a ton for updating this! I've had people nagging me to update it, but I was away from Minecraft modding for so long (not to mention hardly playing Minecraft) I couldn't just dive back into it. I'm gonna officially endorse this update on my YouTube videos, if that's fine with you.
Also, thought you might like to know, quad buffer does diddly-squat. I would suggest replacing it with the squashed side-by-side mode some people are requesting. Definitely keep the non-squashed cross-eye, though, as that was my crowning achievement.
Can someone help me? I can't seem to run it. I copied the content of the archive in the minecraft.jar and when i open the game it becomes a black screen before entering the menu. I have installed mcpatcher and a texture pack.
Are you using optifine? I've found that the mcpatcher hd texturepack, connected textures, and other included mods with optifine tend to make the jar stop working. Optifine already includes them so they should not be enabled. However if its not optifine i would try to install without the included packages anyway.

If you want to use the custom mode, make a file named anaglyph.txt in your .minecraft folder.

TODO:
- Fix the GUI in Cross-Eyed and Parallel
- Add Manyaglyph's color tweaks for grass and leaves (?)
- Take out that useless Quad Buffer thing:

If you are using it, have you had any problems?

What mode are you using?
Edit: It should be fixed now. Try v2.

I love you too
It should!

Eh? Wat?

I'll see if I can make something to change the custom mode while in Minecraft (or reload the config file)

It should also correspond to the ui.

Again, thank you.
Four new anaglyph modes, plus cross-eyed 3D!
