This is my first mod for minecraft so i thought I'd start small
a small group of mods that move the "Done" button on the Options pages
(and the Stats Page "Done" button centered)
Done Button is now a standard 30 pixels from the bottom of the screen
(used the distance set on the Language options panel)
allowing room for more options.
Especially on the Controls page for me) when mods add more configuration settings
If you don't need them all or they conflict with other mods use the
other mods class files and the quit button will revert to natural position
To install simply open the minectaft.jar file in your .minecraft\bin folder
copy these files into your minecraft.jar file
and delete your Meta-inf Directory from with in the minecraft.jar file
(using a file archiver eg:winrar,winzip,7zip etc...)
For those that really want pics here are some. it took me 30 minutes (approx) to hit print screen, edit them (to trim to window size on minecraft as i have dual monitors and print screen captures both monitors output in the image) upload them and edit and include them in this message. So yes it took me longer to get these images in here than it did to install MCP edit the files and create the readme file and recompile / zip and upload. Than it did to get the original post up.
Then you miss out. because if you can't understand what it does from my text then you probably don't need it. All it does in move the Done button on the GUI's to the bottom of the screens instead of directly underneath the existing options.
This "no pics... no clicks" is crazy, what is it was a SOUND MOD or a mod that didn't change anything on the display but the game mechanics. I guess you guys wouldn't download them either.
and YES there have been similar mods to this written by others for earlier versions. and NO i didn't rip them off or use their code. I just Downloaded MCP and am using this as a learning example for me learning to code in java. so its actually no skin off my nose if no one d/loads it. its there if you want it thats all
All adding pics to this would do is show you that i too can hit the print screen button and paste / save it out using a paint program. and even then I don't think that you'd notice the changes unless i posted a before and after pics of every alteration. and its 11:18pm here now anyway. I Might post some pics tomorrow if i get time.

Is it really that god damn hard to post a picture?

Bravo, Sir. I for one am sick and tired of people catering to the idiots.
To everyone else (and I am not calling you idiots for being cautious, but I doubt even 20% of those who post "No picks. No clicks" have the slightest idea why people originally came up with that rule) there are websites to perform virus scans of a link. You can create a restore point on your computor before you download. You could, above all else, learn to tell the difference between a low-risk and a high-risk link before you shoot your digital mouth off. Why don't you do the responsible thing, and test the files before accusing the OP of something? I for one do not need this mod, as not having a "Done" button on those menus doesn't bother me, but I would at least be arsed to take a look before spouting some idiotic mantra. If you don't trust it, ignore it...or, once again, bloody well test it!
Is it really that god damn hard to post a picture?
No. It's not. It's not "that god damn hard" [sic] to fake a picture, either. If someone were really trying to give people a virus, you think that they couldn't spend two minutes in Photoshop to dummy up a convincing "screenshot" for paranoid people who think it somehow proves anything? Hell, people who lack the skill to write code make convincing pictures all the time when they want to steal your password.
Update: Since I believe in taking my own advice, I did what apparently no one else could be arsed to, downloaded the file, and checked it. Shock and wonder, it was not a virus! I know, a file without "pics" that isn't some horrifying piece of malware designed to melt your hard-disk to slag...HOW COULD IT POSSIBLY BE!? But no, somehow a miracle has taken place, and it actually contains a list of classfiles and a readme. It's almost as if it really were a damn mod! Isn't that just absolutely amazing?!
Pics now added for those who can't read. or don't trust me (an x forum admin here for the maps and modding section). Now who can actually remember where the old done buttons were?? and did it make that much of a difference to see that i moved the done buttons to a better place on the screen. and all in the same place 30 pixels from the bottom and centered horizontally where i could.
