How am I supposed to test the mod then? The Creative mode GUI doesn't update that easily (only on special-adepted mods), and TMI gives an interactive interface that checks wether the mod is perfectly running or not.

You want to be a dragon? Well, then you need to have wings, a passion to hoard, and have a deadly breath.
Oh, and did I forgot to tell you dragons are extremely territorial? ROAWR >:)

You can easily find the tools in the Creative mode GUI, just look on the Materials, Blocks, Tools and Combat tabs.

Well, I'm not familiar with the magic launcher, so no help on the crash report from me :l
Can you give a list of what we can expect in the upcoming update?
It'd get people even more excited, give people the chance to speak their mind so you wouldn't have to go back to update it after already having updated it, and it's helps with showing what not to suggest in the thread as it's already coming.
In your 1st post you pasted in your error and the stop line read: "java.lang.Exception: No more empty item sprite indices left! "
This is telling you, youve run out of sprites, as in you have too many mods for the sprite allowance.
In your 2nd post you pasted in the error and the stop line read: "java.lang.NullPointerException"
at TMIUtils.updateUnlimitedItems(TMIUtils.java:336)
This is telling you that the program encountered incorrect values at TMI etc etc, TMI is the issue not Vanilla++
TG
EDIT: Whoa sorry about answering after you, my browser had a cache page, so 5 last posts werent showing.
Strange that the ammount of sprites can run out, if I wasn't even close to page 10 on fullscreen mode. A friend of me came two days ago to me, and he had over 20 pages with item sprites, because of mods that gave him a lot of items (thaumcraft mod, railcraft, stonecraft, and a lot more at one time), and he didn't have any conflict at all.

It will mostly be just MP compatible, but Viz did also add Sapphire ore, tools and armor. Unfortunately, Eclipse is crashing on Viz every time he tries to start it, so he won't be able to do something with the mod before he gets this fixed. So just hang on a little bit more.
You know, I don't gonna use TMI in my end result gameplay. TMI is purely for testing mods, so be asured this mod will be in it! Need to find out now how it's possibly my friend can have over double ammount of sprites than my minecraft 'appears' to cope with.

- Timber!
- This vanilla++ mod =)
- Minimap mod or material detector mod (changed so it functions as an underground map. Rei's minimap only displays the surface, which is 100% Mycelium on display)
- Duration Display
- Recipe Book
- Bow and Elemental Arrows mod
- Shelves
- Creeper AI mod
- Flat Bedrock mod
- Optifine 1.3.1 (not a preview, so waiting till it's done)
- Extra fences, integrated lamps and metal/gold rods for improved tools (this is what takes A LOT of sprites, so this will only come if I find a solution for this sprites limit).
Still searching for other mods which wont conflict that much with other mods, so fingers crossed!
by the way, sorry if it sounds a bit dumb, but what's the big difference between normal minecraft and vanilla minecraft? Found another mod, which again contains vanilla minecraft.

War doesn't decide who is right, just who is left...
Haha, it's okay.
Do you use any other mods? Try only with Vanilla++ and ModLoader first, then add the others later.

I would quite like that.
