There should already be compatibility - make sure you're using the latest version and install it after you install ModLoader. It was working for me last time I checked.
I have tried to download this mod numerous times, on 1.3.1 and on 1.3.2, on both of them i get the black screen, maybe i'm downloading it wrong, i put only the first .class files i see, i dont put in anything else, ill try others now. THX
You need to put in all of the class files in the zip, as well as the tlul folder.
Yes there is. You can press ctrl+X (or rather, ctrl+your xray key) to open the X-ray menu. I know that's a little unintuitive, and I intend on adding a button to the ingame menu.
The mod is great, but is there a way to fix the lightning bugs? Also, the fullbright doesn't make RadarBro and Rei's Minimap bright and it seems darker with the lightning bugs.

Turn smooth lighting off in the options and it will make everything underground brighter. I'm working on a fix to that for next version. Also, the new fullbright model has a few odd artifacts, so I'm going to add a third mode in which it simply maximizes the gamma for people who prefer that look (though I personally like the current model because I can differentiate between skylight and blocklight).

Thanks! Fixed now. Also, when will the blocks you turn off save? Or are you working on it already?

EDIT: What does the Entities do?
Block saving will be fixed in the next version; they're broken this time because of a silly mistake on my part. I've already fixed it in my dev environment.
Entities causes the entities in the game to be lit up (and as an unexpected side effect, removes the void fog). It's forced on when using any of the other modes, though I might change that for the sake of configurability. The reason it's so poorly named is that it was originally also a toggle for wallhack, but due to persistent bugs and extreme graphical issues with Forge (the sky was orange, damn it), I removed it. I'll change the button to say "Entity Highlight" or something similar next version.
i got it working with the optifine fix but when i tried to open the x-ray gui it crashed my minecraft i tried several times
Make sure you're using the latest version, and that InvTweaks isn't installed (it has a bug that causes a crash at ctrl+x). If it still crashes, could you get an error report? There are instructions on how to do so in the OP.
Step 1: Force update my Minecraft, run the game.
Step 2: Close Minecraft
Step 3: Go to my bin folder/.jar and open it.
Step 4: I delete Meta-INF
Step 5: I install Optiifine HD B2 Standard for 1.3.2
Step 6: I install the merged 1.3.2 xray.
Step 7: I open my minecraft and run it.
Step 8: VIOLA! Black mother ****in' screen.
Any help? I'm not a stupid guy, I'm damn sure I've done nothing wrong but please enlighten me.

I need a crash report or I can't figure out what's going wrong. Sorry.

Ok curious to know if you know of a way to edit which blocks are hidden if you are using Convenient Inventory Mod. I am unable to modify the blocks that are hidden right now due to how CI2 reacts to creative mode.

I'll see what I can do. There's a chance I'll have to put in a backup GUI that just shows a poorly-drawn list by block ID, and use that when mods that interfere are detected.
Can you please post a pre-compiled jar file.. I cannot get this to work on 1.3.2 when I do it myself, it just stays black at launch. I know I did it right, but I can't get it to work for the life of me using my mac.
First I unzipped the mod,
Extracted my .jar to a folder
replaced .class files from mod to minecraft folder (extracted jar)
deleted META-inf then compressed all files to minectaft.zip
renamed to .jar
I'm pretty sure there may be something wrong with your mod for 1.3.2, because I tried installing it by itself and it didn't work. But I'll get a crash report up soon.
But, if its just a black screen there is no crash report?
Yes, it's due to the way fog calculations are handled per chunk, and it's a side effect of the render pass changes I made to facilitate opacity.

I've added both of those to the list of mods to check for compatibility. Next release will have merged versions if necessary.

Thanks! I'm glad you like it.

After I finally decided to clean my %minecraft% directory, I realized TMI supports modloader and so I got them working together
Step 1: Force update my Minecraft, run the game.
Step 2: Close Minecraft
Step 3: Go to my bin folder/.jar and open it.
Step 4: I delete Meta-INF
