Version 3.0.0 is up. Changes a few things, Lexicon is portable, you can craft a pedestal and place it on there.
MineFactory Reloaded Support, ideally proper MFFS support - wrench won't remove safes with things in them, etc.
No recipes up, use NEI - sorry. I'm sick and lazy.
Oh, and the textures are now 32x.
You should update the OP about the support for MFR =p I was so happy to hear from Power Crystals that there was a new Omnitools that supported it. Change the thread title too! Omnitools to rule them all!

I just tried it with MFR 2.0.4 and the machines would not turn. If simply right clicked it would bring up the interface (if their had one) and shift clicked would do nothing.
Lol.. I updated the server and I ran the client.. I am that "good". Don't worry people. just a blonde moment.

Seems the texture of the wrench is a bit glitched. If not, then all I can guess is that its optifine's fault.

Reduced the texture to 8bit ones and used the cute texture of the old bit wrench and it works just fine. Recolored a book for the lexicon since re-sizing it made it look bad XD

No reason to ask sorry, since we all know that lately Optifine has been messing things up XD I have been playing with the new Lexicon-Plinth and the wrench. Placing the book and removing the book. I love the way the new Lexicon works
Erm, hi. Just wondering, is version 3.0.1 backwards compatible with minecraft 1.4.6? Because i dont intend on updatimg minecraft as half of my mods are still on 1.4.6

Hey King, the item ID for the Lexicon seems to conflict with GregTech, and there's no config option for it. Could you add a config option and/or conflict detection? Thanks! (We've been running GregTech for too long to change the GregTech item ID safely)
EDIT: And apparently changing the GregTech ID doesn't work anyway. :-P Tried it in single player.

Actually, in the Config folder(located in your root minecraft folder) there is another folder called cofh, and in there is the Omnitools Config. The ids and settings for this mod can be changed from that file.
In other news, UE seems to have a different method now for it's wrenches, because I can't rotate my UE stuff with a Prototype Omniwrench.
Also, still hoping for some Omniwrench upgrades. I wish I had a combat upgrade, complete with Creeper-Bane, on my omni-wrench.
That'd be a cool enchant series, actually. I mean, we have vanilla for bugs and undead, and Redpower 2 for enderfolk, why not something for non-arthropod foes? One for PvP and one for other living foes, anyway.

Thank you for this great tool. One thing ive notice on install is in NEI the tool graphic (defual textures) does not fit at all with the theme. It seems like its trying to be a higher resolution icon, and is badly rendered.

I'll look into changing back to a 16x16 texture pack, but we had comments before that people didn't like the low-res, can't win I guess.
For those people i think they should talk to their respective texture pack authors to add in a fitting high rez texture for those packs. For default imo should fit in with the default textures.
Made one for you based on the current icon.
Would you consider adding soldering iron ability to this too?

So...it's working then. Items are offset by 256 vs the config file. It has always been this way.
All 1.4.6 mods are compatible with 1.4.7
