A parasieve can be stacked up to six of then away from the point of origin (read the book please it is a better explanation than mine).
it also can interact with the inventory of servos (and minecart, last time I tried, it has been a while).
So basically try this so that you might understand:
Put a servo on a rail line and trap it at one point;
Place a parasieve, let's call it nº 1, as if the servo was the chest and then put a hopper facing the parasieve, itens that you throw into the hopper should go into the servo. Last time I played you could see just by looking at the servo what itens it had in it's inventory, although you could not see how many of a item there was (there is a way to see this but is more complicated);
Now place a second parasieve facing nº 1, as if nº 1 was a chest and then put a hopper facing it. Itens thrown into this hoper should also go into the servo.

Well, that will not work as I've said, I can't get servo to carry more than one type of item at a time. Maybe you should play the latest version to check and see if your method works. And let me know what I'm doing wrong.
And just giving the servo an item is not the issue here. Perhaps you're not familiar with the MFR Bio Reactor. You need to give it equal amount of 9 different items in order to get max efficiency. I need a way to make the servo retrieve exactly one stack of each item from 9 different barrels.
Ok, asked on IRC. If a servo is equipped with a lacerator or a fan it can hold more than one item. But it looks like the cool kids are using multiple servos.

Thanks for checking. But as I've said, servo could be so much more useful with a few more improvements.

I think the opposite though. they make for quite interesting systems, and are very useful already. They just ask that you immerse yourself a little bit more than what you are used to. (should have seen me trying to figure them out early on. 1.5 I believe? "HOW DOES THIS WORK?!")

I'd love to see some of those useful applications tho. Because all the examples I see of the servo on YouTube are... sugar cane farms...
For what it CAN do, there usually are more compact, efficient, and simpler ways to do it with other mods. With a few more improvements, I believe there are things only servo can do.

a little outdated, but still relevant:
Thanks for that, and that in fact is different but as I've said, I have much more compact and cheaper system that's fully automated with BC pipes that can also process more type of ores from lacerators to mixers to slag furnace to crystalizers. Striped pipes are godsend for mixers water bucket requirement. I actually tried the factorization robot arm but couldn't get it to work for some reason.
I still think that servo is just like a cool toy without much practical uses at the moment.
Hey man crash happens on every version so far for 1.7.10 . It only happens when scrolling through the creative tab of the items for your mod .

I want to use factorization in my privateModpack. Its a modpack with technic (GT, IC2,..) and magic (TC,..) an I expect max 10 player will pay it as maximum (server limit).

This mod may be used in modpacks under the following conditions:
1. There is a post in this thread that the mod is being used in a modpack. If it is a public modpack, then it must include the packs' name and the website or URL where the modpack can be found. If it is a private modpack, then mention this in your post. (I would like the post to contain also a description of the modpack and an estimate of the number of users, but this isn't necessary.)
2. The modpack must include in it a text file, or something similar, listing for each public mod: the name of the mod, the mod's author, and the mod's website or forum thread.

I'm planning to include Factorization in my modpack called " Ludus ". The modpack will be available on the FTB Launcher as an unlisted public pack, with the pack code " Ludus ".
And i'll of course give proper credit to Factorization and all other mods in the modpack.
Hello, I am making a private pack (accessible by password only) for myself and some friends (10 or so tops) to play on my server, and per your license, am notifying you of such. It's a kitchen sink pack, with a colaberation of mods from the DW20, and Monster packs on the FTB launcher with a few others thrown in for good measure.
As you ask in the license, I inform you that I will use your mod in a private modpack who will be distributed via the FTB launcher. An excel file which will list all the mods used with the name, author and link to the site.
Please consider adding a config option for disabling the time being printed to chat in full screen. I find it a bit immersion breaking and actually spent a good amount of time finding out which mod was the culprit.
per your licensing request, i am using your mod in a currently PRIVATE pack which may soon be open to public use, estimated Private use is about 50 - 250 users. estimated public use will be server cap at 3k users. as this is currently a private pack if you would like the packs name and location on the Technic launcher i will PM you upon request.

Please fix! I am trying to put factorization 0.8.34 for 1.6.4 on my server.error:http://pastebin.com/u4R5B3Eibtw, keep up the great work!
nvm fixed the problem, sorry!
