Anyways, I've planned those attacks for a long time, so maybe your suggestion may have added onto it; really, I don't know

I will repeat what I have mentioned twice. I made those attacks before you even posted on this forum page. if you want to believe so, then believe that your suggestion was what I made. In reality, it may have affected it, but I can't say it was originally based off of your suggestion. i'm not trying to demoralize you, but I prefer speaking the truth sometimes
mutant enderman drop idea: mutant enderman heart, if you hold this and rightclick you will teleport to that block wich you are looking at, and a mutant enderman egg it hatches after 2-3 minecraft days and you can make it hatch faster by throwing enderman pearls at the egg. when the egg hatched you will have your one enderman minion, a little enderman that fights for you takes damage when it touches water and it can carry 1 block for you. (sorry for my bad english)
Well I think it should drop around 1-2 Eyes of Ender seeing as it will be one h3ll of a boss to fight. Perhaps maybe some ender pearls but around 5-6. Or even maybe both.
Edit: Honestly I would not prefer a special item only exclusive to the mod that it would drop.
Drop idea: tome pages, you can repair it with enderpearls, and then it turns into the 1st tome pages which you can use to teleport 100 times, you can give it an extra 50 charges by right clicking with it in your hand and giving it enderpearls. Or you can repair it with eyes of ender to create the 2nd tome pages, and if you have it in your inventory, endermen stay passive when you look at them. And then if you have both you can put them together to create an unpowered end tome, then you can surround it with endstone to get a powered end tome which you can use to summon a mini enderdragon, but you can still use the abilities of the two other tomes with the unpowered and powered end tome.

i have one too: Blockathrow, its an mutant enderman hand, that acts like an armour, you need to put it on your chestplate armor slot,
makes your armor bar 3 armors full, and lets you throw blocks, JUST like the melee attack of him
I like that idea, just not the name. Come up with something cooler. Also, it should be gloves, not a chestplate... why would a hand be worn on your chest if you pick stuff up with it? Also, it would be awesome and beneficial for future modding if you could figure out how to do 3d modeling for the gloves. I can imagine walking around with gigantic mutant enderman claws on. :-)
Is the Mutant Enderman going to behave like a normal Enderman? Is it only going to attack you if you look at it, or if it gets provoked, or is it hostile from the start? Because of the new picture, I see myself peeing my pants fighting this beast in the future.

with the horns and instead of single block a little chunk of blocks really awesome but there is 1 more bug
Bug: mutant snow golem sometimes keeps throwing chunks of ice even if the objective is already dead and doesnt stop until you hit it
...I think they already decided on how the mutant enderman should look like.
I think I got some ideas for the mutant enderman:
Aura Charge The mutant enderman will begin charging its aura.Then after it's finished,it's gonna charge towards you.It's gonna move in a straight line so you can dodge it.It can do two different things:
1.It will just charge at you.
2.It can teleport while it's charging.It can appear at any sides around you.
Item Steal
It will occasionally steal the weapon you're using against it and it will use that weapon against you once.

That's a nice idea, but I personally don't really want to focus on an item that sends you to The End. I think the mutant enderman IS a stronger version of the enderman, but it is kind of a mini boss, so it shouldn't lead you to another boss. isntead you should get some sort of reward

I probably wont make a mutant enderman egg because there's already the enderdragon egg as well as the mutant creeper egg sorry

oke and btw i know you dotn want ideas for things you arent working on but seeing you already finished(almost) the enderman what a bout a mutant spider jockey i had the idea of making it look like a big spider skeleton (the skeleton of a spider) with maybe 2 dispencers made of bone on its back that fires arrows faster than the regular skeleton not only when nearby and maybe it would drop have the possibility to drop a piece of its skeleton so that if you colect all the pieces you can create it again but than just as a 2x2 block or someting wich when activated with redstoen would shoot arrows

The Mutant Enderman is still a work in progress. It'll be done soon enough. Allow thehippomaster some time to finish it.
Back in these for'ms here, and mods have been updated, mods have been created, and mods have died. The circle of life continues.

Then it would make them not worth killing.
Enderman drop:
How about a enderwand and u can use it to spawn one invisible enderman to fight for u for some minute .
It should just be a weapon.
Or how about ender telekenisis, it personally seems like another fancier bow to me....
