I am new to the Minecraft Forums, but I would like to get to know the community, so today I am happy to announce the new arrival of a titanium mod for Minecraft created by me! Its a pretty simple yet completely exciting mod!
In this mod, you will find the ability to make Titanium tools and weapons, such as Titanium Spade, Titanium Pickaxe, Titanium Axe, Titanium Hoe, and Titanium Sword.
You are also given the ability to make Titanium Armour! The armour consists of the normal Helm, Chest plate, Leggings, and Boots.
Main Description:
Please not the ModLoader IS needed for this mod to work.
Now, you are also given two new block types in order to be able to make the weapons and armour.
One of the blocks (the ore block) is found within the world. It is hard to find because Titanium is stronger than diamond and lasts much longer. It is not too overpowered, do not worry.
When you find that block in the ground, it will be hard to mine. It has the strength of obsidian (which you may think is stupid but keep reading!), but it can be mined with any pickaxe, and it gives off its owl light so that when you are in a cave, you can find it easier! Therefore you always get the ore no matter where you are and how good your weapons are! (That's the plus side!)
Now, there is the other block that is found, it is only crafted in a crafting table and can only be made with 9 ingots (the same way that you make diamond blocks, gold blocks, and iron blocks).
This block is also the same strength of obsidian, but is also able to be mined with any axe also! This block gives off light too, just like the block above.
Just to let you know that in order for you to make a Titanium weapon or tool, you need that item in diamond and a gold ingot (except for the sword). Watch the video to find out more.

You can, but it doesn't do anything to the game. It doesn't work that way YET! I plan on expanding and adding onto it. Hopefully allowing it to do that.

Lol.. Sorry for that bro. But I plan on adding more than just Titanium to the game. If you got any ideas of what you would like in the mod Please let me know. Comment or leave me a message.
this mod does not work i use mac, but mod loader acts weird on mac. i was looking forward to using this mod i hope that i turns out well! btw aluminum might be a good ore to use, between iron and diamond
I was thinking today and I came upon an idea... What about changing the name to something like Metallic Mod or Extra Metals Mod. They may be dumb but just a suggestion.
Hmm. Ok, thanks man! I will look into it. I was also thinking of importing platinum and uranium into the game along with aluminium and bronze (copper & tin).
Nice mod. Looks nice. May download. But a few things..
One - What version of minecraft is this for? Put the version it is for in the title of the topic
Two - Screenshots of the items in action and tooltips in the topic saying if the items have any special affects, what they compare to , etc
Other than that, It looks pretty interesting!
