Well, what I meant was for the blocks in the new tentacles to be closer together, so they look smoother, like what you did when the cats are sitting down.
Lucky Kodaichi even made the mod in the first place.

Also, Kodaichi, I have made progress on making spiders walk on the walls. The only issue is, due to the spiders rotating around their centers, they will appear to levitate off the wall. I just need to translate the models towards the blocks. Do you know an efficient way to do this, without the spider's rendering spazzing out? Currently, the spider's rendering flashes between the "on the ground" rotation, and the "on the wall" rotation, sometimes not rendering at all. It flashes between these 3 stages at least 6 times per second. One possible way I can think of is to have a dynamic bounding box, but that would be weird for each all 4 possible directions (2 if you combine them).

This is pretty great. It makes the game look more polished. Just out of curiosity, would it be possible to make things bend without the use of many small blocks? Or would it require a recode of some sort?

Even if it was easy, custom player skins wouldn't work properly
What do you mean by shader support? The Shaders mod has nothing to do with any aspect of this mod, they do not conflict, nor will they ever.
Kodaichi is only modifying the Model files, not the render files since they are the most common to conflict. This is same reason he wont add vertical spider climbing as well as bending arms.

Minecraft models are made of blocks. The way the game renders is by rotating basic geometry. It has no default support for "bent" geometry, so to answer your question, yes, a huge rewrite would need to be done. Something like the "Not Just About Boobs" mod is the best place to start for bent geometry.

Calm down its only an idea and may not he but if some one helps him he may do that (a team better than solo work !) And by saying shader support (sorry i couldnt test it if it has or not) an example the tail of dog/wolf may create shadow on ground as it moves (sorry again i couldnt test if u did that with shader mod please tell me.) And saying again its only and idea may we think it as impossible but may it possible for Kodiachi Zero just asking him may he can. (Kodaichi please answer us if it possible or impossible.)
I'm not beggbing to update the mod but I would like to see the modder give us aan update on what is happening... Perhaps, tell us if it is even being worked on ?

just a sugestion on sword blocking can you make it look better (i dont mean bend arms) but u know how bows draw back in 3rd person something like that
No mods that don't say 1.3.1 in the title will work for 1.3.1
