While trying to find the stacky config, i found something very interesting.
Putting Stacky in /mods/ gives this error:
2013-01-08 03:07:55 [INFO] [ForgeModLoader] FML has found a non-mod file [1.4.6]Stackie-universal-v1.3.0.9.jar in your mods directory. It will now be injected into your classpath. This could severe stability issues, it should be removed if possible.
Coremods gives:
2013-01-08 03:16:09 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] The coremod [1.4.6]Stackie-universal-v1.3.0.9.jar does not contain a valid jar manifest- it will be ignored
And items actually get grouped together on vanilla minecraft (only when they are within half a block of eachother though)
You're most likely using the old version. Redownload it and try again, it should work (I accidentally released a jar that didn't have any class files in them).
Fixed the license file encoding.
Rebased sources.

Merge pull request #2 from benblank/variables
More variables (plus a couple of enhancements)

Merge pull request #1 from benblank/boolean-logic
Improve boolean logic
Updated Forge, changed around a few things.
Bumped version number.
Merge branch 'master' of github.com:Lunatrius/InGame-Info-XML
Looks like the build script failed again. Uploaded the fixed jar files.

Have you tried it only with ModLoader and InGameInfo? At this point everything I can think of is a mod conflict of some sort (though, I have no idea how that would affect the Logger).

The reason is because there is no method Logger.getGlobal(), you are compiling this in java 1.7. When you realy should always compile mods in java 1.6. If you are trying to get the main logger in java 1.6 just use ModLoader.getLogger() or Logger.getLogger(Logger.GLOBAL_LOGGER_NAME); . Be sure in compile on 1.6 not 1.7.

Yeah, it was that. I was looking at the wrong document apparently. The new version is up.
Monster Spawn Highlighter Question:
Is there any way to force it to work on an old world?
I can get M.S.H. to work on newly generated worlds, but on my old SSP worlds and any SMP server I join I can't get it to work. I thought I didn't install it correctly for a long time, changed the hotkey, and did all kinds of stuff before making a new world and found it worked perfectly.
So... yeah, any tips on forcing M.S.H. to do it's magic on an old save?

I'm not sure how save files would affect it. It uses the world blocks that are currently loaded to determine the light, position etc. Also, is this with ML or Forge?

Forge. On SSP or SMP I have to make a new world for it to start highlighting blocks. Oddly enough though, when I went into the Twighlight Forest (mod for new dimension) the lighting system started working, but would not for the overworld when I returned to it.

mor the mob highlighter can you make it so the disable/enable is a single button and if we want tot change the configuration its another button. I used to use CJB's more infor for the same thing but due to the cheaty portions of it I prefer yours. but I miss being abel to turn it on /off with a keyclick. I love your configure-ability but I wish it had a on/off quick key

Wouldn't the "Disabled/Square/Guide" button count as an on/off switch?
Wouldn't the "Disabled/Square/Guide" button count as an on/off switch?
No, I am looking specifically a hot key /keybind. Not bring up a menu and having to click a button. It interrupts my flow of doing things. I am used to using keybinds with other games and my concentration on a task is interrupted. its kinda the same thing as trying to signal when your turning in a car. using the turn signal versus rolling the window down and then sticking out your hand in the proper way to signal you are turning.
Update Forge to 472 or later.
