An interesting mod. I saw it and told my boyfriend right away, but it needs a lot of work. Firstly, spaces, spaces, spaces. "SmallCactus" would work for an item ID, but it does not work for an item itself. You need to rename the items to better suit the game, Darling! All items should have formatting. It looks more professional, you know?
Currently two items give Light Blue Dye. I think one of them was supposed to give Dark Blue dye, but it does not.
Lastly, Enabling HD textures is not as easy as finding "HD Textures=". Your config file is set up in such a way that the only way to enable HD textures is to replace the textures by renaming HDIcons.png to icons.png.
You have a potentially awesome mod here, but it is extremely lacking in features. There is no option to disable Fire flowers, for instance. I do not find the idea of obtaining "Fire blocks" a good idea, because they can be used to craft Chain Mail. Might I suggest they drop Charcoal instead? The Ender Flowers are very cool; however.
All in all, I like the concept, and would have used it if the names were proper. Thanks a lot for the neat mod. Hopefully you'll iron all of it out later ♥

Secondly, enabling HD textures IS as easy as finding hd textures in the config file. (heres a screenshot of the config to prove it)
And lastly, Fire Flowers drop fire blocks, specifically so you can craft chain mail. That's the point of the fire flower. I will change it so the fire flower drops itself, and you can craft it into a fire block so you aren't forced to have the fire block, but that is why they were added.
Overall, thank you for the support, but I would prefer if you did research before making false claims.
I'm sorry? False claims? These are not false claims, Darling. They are criticism and criticism is healthy! Without it, where would we be? Complacent, sufficient with the mediocre and the drab! Oh no, we can't have that. That would make life boring. As a modder, criticism is important to to development of your mod! Why, imagine if nobody pointed out the space issue? It would have been as if it didn't exist. Woe to those with OCD..
Respect, admiration! These are things I find from your work. I criticize because I enjoy it! I thoroughly enjoy the idea of many colorful flowers littering my world! Who wouldn't?
Also, do I need to remind you that you said to "Change the number to any number but 0?" Mine is set to as follows:
1. Install Easy Dyes
2. Run Minecraft once
3. Open the config file "ED.cfg"
4. Change "HD Textures = 0" to any number but zero
5. Enjoy the new Textures!! Posted Image
Clearly, did I not follow directions? It was already set to any number But 0!
False Claims? My word, Darling. Those words bite!
I do appreciate criticism, where criticism is needed. Not criticism that comes from neglecting to read a description of a mod. However, hd textures being set to 31743, is not an issue with my code, but an issue with forge, and the new way they generate configuration files. I will change the mod accordingly, and thank you for pointing that out, but again in the future, I would prefer you confine your criticisms to features that actually have problems, not features that are specifically coded into the mod, and addressed in the description.
