Its because Blackjar said that 1.4.4 deleted some of his stuff ( probably from higher tiers?) and he updated the server only to 1.4.3 so i assumed that i culd see something missing, but i didnt find any thing at all so far.
And the i misread the posts: you just fixed that too soo i'm just pretty late in my conclusions. I think i need read more slowly. lol. Sorry.
I ended up updating to 1.4.4 once I got it to configure right; I'm really think 1.4.4 should be official instead of 1.0 (at the very least until 1.5 is done) -- so far, no problems.
As for dragons, no problem -- I just was giving information to answer a question.
Well.. Since MF2 is pretty much a dressed-up MF1, It may change to just having two MF1 versions with a full conversion and a more compatible version. since MF2 initially was going to be different anyway
I was just thinking 1 of each really.. Just due to the fact you wanted a more hardcore-crafting based design while I was sinking down to a more basic modpack worthy variety
The new ones look somewhat duller; less contrast between the main colour of the pick part and its border. Gregtech has this trouble too with its auto-coloured ingots and such. Maybe you could increase the contrast between the aforementioned aspects? Having each have its own texture allows for more variation between them, like with the encrusted diamond, mithril, and deep iron picks, as well as more precision in the colour coordination, which makes them look much more interesting, but I understand what you're trying to do
I wouldn't actually want to loose any mobs that are there, vanilla or existing MF mobs :-/
Maybe 1.4.4 could be "MineFantasy classic" (final version? everthing seems to work), MineFantasy 1.5 (and beyond?) could be the official MineFantasy 1, and the MineFantasy "lite" being called MF2 could be MineFantasy 2! It makes sense to me? Don't know, but it works to me,
Good work nofole- definitely have enjoyed this mod in its earlier creation by AP so having someone actively work on it is nice.
Well really, my main question would be; is there a possibility to port your daily builds up to 1.7.10? Earlier in the forum you made it sound very simple to create a 1.7.10 snapshot of your progress. The current version in 1.7.10 is missing vital pieces in order to really function.
I.E:
No Plate version of metals.
Half of the research book is missing information or nonfunctional
No mobs - No ability to cook any of the food- Bombs don't work...etc
All in all though, I'll probably continue on using this if you can't accommodate just yet.

so, how is MF2 coming?
At the moment no seeing as I just got back to this thread. x.x; Sorry, not being on of those trying to rush ya.

Ill still call them MF1 and MF2 to avoid confusion though.
You could create a now thread for MF1, since a lot of the stuff is your mechanics
What was your plan anyway
Well MF1 is still out, so you can give that a thread, MF2 will also get one later

MF 1.5 Harcore
Much more vivid-looking now, great!
What version is that picture from?
Woah, you could set out little room plans on those.
you have as much of a pain doing that as I did when creating them, (mostly to blame for the inconsistent tile rendering)
tile render, just getting them to render on the square in anvils
First,

there's a foundational code that nofole was working on that would have made the updating simple, it's not finished though.
You talking about MF1 or 2 there? because MF2 has plate, working bombs and some cooking recipes(just not displayed)
I was talking about MFx2 at here:
Nofole's DailyBuilds
Its the only download I could find for MF2
