Cool! Cool! Cool! Cool! I want this so bad but I can't get mods because minecraft.jar does not exist on my computer.
How? *delayed reaction*
So Minecraft has been updated to 1.6 (.1?) but forge has not yet been updated so I won't be able to confirm
compatibility until that happens. Although I could download one of the dev builds, I don't see a point until one is recommended. I am working on a fix for the gargantuan 23 MB file size and 3 year load times but once again I won't be able to release until forge gets updated. Here's hoping all the work I've done is completely compatible with the new version of both Minecraft and Minecraft Forge.
Hello! very awesome mod you have here! However,i do have a teeny tiny complaint.
It's nothing really bad, just that your creative tab overwrites the tab from the better bows mod. Is there anyway you can fix this? Thanks for a wonderful mod!

Thank you for reporting this bug. I'll try to fix this for the next version.
EDIT: It was an easy fix. When the next version comes out it will no longer overwrite creative tabs.
EDIT 2:Because it was such an easy fix I will document it here:
Simply change this:
yourTab = new CreativeTabYourTab(12, "yourTabName");
To:
yourTab = new CreativeTabYourTab("yourTabName");
Now this assumes that the better bows mod is initialized before my mod which may or may not be true.
But since my mod overwrote better bows that means my mod was initialized after better bows.
However this doesn't protect my mod from being overwritten by other mods Other modders implementing a similar fix to prevent these collisions from happening can do that.
EDIT 3: I'm going to add an id to the config file to handle this.
EDIT 4: The config file will now contain an entry for the creative tab.
As with the rainbow wool block ID setting it to -1 will cause it to automatically pick an ID.
You may not want to hibernate just yet. This mod caused problems with NEI on my game. When I installed it, none of the items showed up in the right hand column on NEI and trying to open the creative mode tab froze my game. The problem went away as soon as I deleted this mod.
Well since I don't have NEI if you could be so kind as to test something for me MarkOfTheBeast.
Try removing \RandomBeds\net\minecraft\randombeds\core\RandomDeverCore.class from the mod zip.
And then see if NEI works properly.
When I installed this mod, I'm staring the game and it's terrible lags, when I hit "E", NEI menu was empty, so, I'm deleted NEI, and restarted the game. Lags dissapeared, but when I open craftbook, bads wasn't here. Then I changed gamemode to creative, hit the "Beds" Tab, and game frizzed and crashed, and that bug repeated every time I tried to open that Tab, so, I had to delete that mod. Any suggestions? Forge version 845, mc 1.6.2., sorry my bad English.
Updated: game not crashing, just very freezes, then I have lags and crash with message:
"Minecraft has run out of memory...blablabla..." Don't you think you have too much color variations for this mod? Could you please make lite version, which'll contain only 12 color variations, please?
Deleting \RandomBeds\net\minecraft\randombeds\core\RandomDeverCore.class not gave effect.
Well did NEI work without lag before my mod was installed?
The reason the RandomBeds tab froze is because it is looping though every possible combination of bed and populating the tab with them which makes it appear to freeze. The only reason I didn't know how resource demanding this is was because I have a pretty good computer so it only skips a bit for me.
I could make a version that simply removes this tab completely, or at some later date come up with a more permanent solution.
As far as making a lite version I might make an more options in the config file to allow you to select what bed variations to support but these will most likely come when I update the mod next so it may be a while.
Well did NEI work without lag before my mod was installed?
Yes, I have a pretty good computer too(I7 Intel(1155), 16 GB RAM, 4GB nvidia 680 GTX), and lots of mods:
IC2, RC, BC, BOP, Zan's minimap, portal gun, Mo's Creatures, dynamic lights, etc, also I have SHADER "SEUS v10.0 Ultra DOF".
All was fine, without lags or low fps, all was quickly until I installed this mod, then lags and freezes and finally crash "run out of memory" when I opened that tab and has saw your beds, though in task manager Java was using only ~1.8 GB(of my 16).
I still want to see your mod's light version(with only 12 colors), make addition assembly, please.
Why would you say that, especially after the mod has been around for several versions.
Where's your evidence? Or even better, where's your proof? You might want to provide back up if you're going to make a wild claim.
Thank you, wideload, for defending my honor in my absence.
I've been away for like 4 years, but I finally worked up the courage to deal with 1.8's rendering updates.
And after having gone through all that, I can say with 100% certainty that I was right to put it off.
Wow was it annoying to figure out, but I did it.
I removed the skulls, because I thought they were a bit s***. I also removed all the creative tab entries because
I think it may cause problems down the road. If interest in the mod is decent, I have a better solution planned to
make it easier in creative mode, but right now I'm going to bed because my eyes are burning.
Updated to 4.0.2. Added mob skulls as top materials. I've wanted these in 4.0 since the beginning but I didn't want to use the original designs from 3.0 because I didn't really like the way they looked. It's taken me a while to get something I'm happy with, but I think I've done it now. Hopefully you will enjoy the new designs
*Discovered activation texture glitch.
-Made terrible graphics as usual.
Also it would be awesome if you could feature it in the forum post

PS: and to 1mwb I say, no.
Just updated to Version 4.0.1. Added mossy cobblestone frame and did a little under the hood stuff.
Updated to 4.0.2. Added mob skulls as top materials. I've wanted these in 4.0 since the beginning but I didn't want to use the original designs from 3.0 because I didn't really like the way they looked. Updated to 4.0.3. Adding the rainbow wool back in took a little longer that expected,
but luckily that led to the discovery of a few rendering bugs which were purely the
result of me being an idiot. I haven't put the extra skulls back in because I haven't
quite decided how I want to handle them. The next version will most likely have a
resolution for this. For the most part though, this mod is back up to snuff.
I will be returning to this mod, but I'm taking some time off to work on another project
for now. Keep your eyes peeled for it when it's finished.
See you around.
