Hey ICBM is a good mod, but I have an error when trying to connect to a LAN world.
Both computers are running:

two: do you treat the missiles as mobs or blocks in the code?

I will be adding spy sat-elites and the heat seeking (player tracking) missile which tracks and targets nearest players. All the generators you mentioned are already made but you need to download this mod: http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/index.php/topic,232.0.html
My modeler uses Techne for the missile models. Missiles are entities and Tuesday is green.
Well anyway the laser thing would fit realy nicely in your mod
use as weapon or to take down missiles you could send it up in a rocket with a few battery to power it (nuke power?)
laser when used in defense could blow a missile in mid flight or when used offensively could melt a 4x4 hole to bedrock ( give or take )
take it down***
the creator of it could be able to crash it at will location of choice for adding battery's and then relaunching it

im pretty sure EMP blasts cant hit space so maybe firing up a missile or a Emp option for signal scrambler

I just wanted to quickly point out the glassing beam in Explosives+, something along these lines seems dangerously close to my mod. Maybe have the laser rather than coming out of the sky, be a better-rendered line between two points, like with BC. I'm sure you could find the code to do it in the BC source.

Thankfully this is the non-bukkit mod and its already multiplayer

Sorry if i should have edited my previous post, but one problem is that if i put down an explosive like condensed and i want to fire a conventional missile at it to set it off, the missile just breaks the explosive block instead of setting the explosive off. This may be intended, and if its not then it may be impossible to change but i just thought it would be fun to set of a chain reaction for explosives on someones base starting with a missile (Which i tried on my friends base and then found out this).
EDIT. Another thing, the signal disruptor is supposed to keep you off radars as-well but there is no frequency setting in the radar.

I found another bug, sorry there was no error report but when i tried to fire a missile while the launcher is in an unloaded chunk i get internal server error. If you could fix this could you also make it so if there is a chunk with a launcher in it, the chunk wont unload? Somewhat like the Anchor Block in Tekkit (If you don't know what that is, it just keeps the chunk that its in loaded)

You either didn't install Forge properly, or installed Optifine. Optifine is bugged and causes this problem.
