When i installed it with just ICBM build 99 and forge i get only the missiles and a few items from basic components like wire and bronze ingot but i don't have anything else from basic components no power generators or bat boxs so its a impossible for me to launch the missiles then i installed a different version of basic components as well but it says they have conflicting loading issues still works just not that clean
Everything else seems to be working for me (or at least allowing me to load into MC) except for Biotech. It just throws up a ton of errors and crashes MC.
I'm using the latest version of icbm and atomic science and most of the textures are messed up in the creative menù.
and also i can't open the GUI of the battery box.
...and use the basic energy cube, right? Are there any coal generators in UniversalElectricity now? Or any generator that will burn stuff like wood and coal?
Update: Oh, found it...called Heat Generator. Cool sound effects too.
So basically the UE wiki needs an overhaul. I can see why no one is editing it though, since UE is kind of in a transitional period right now. Still, it would be nice if there was something explaining that there is no more coal generator or battery box and that you should probably start with Mekanism.
I just picked a bad time to try UE with no prior knowledge of how it worked. However, after a couple weeks of updating mods every day and posting on forums about basic components and whatnot, I am figuring it out. Too bad the wiki didn't have a section regarding Minecraft 1.5.2 and all the major changes to UE that took place.
I made some additions to the wiki. I imagine parts of it will be rewritten for the next Voltz release, but hopefully I helped out a few fellow newbs in the meantime.

I tried changing the ID mentioned in the 2nd & 3rd errors, but that didn't make a diff. I then deleted the config and let it rebuild and it still had the same error. Then updated to Forge 710, same error.

I tried changing the ID mentioned in the 2nd & 3rd errors, but that didn't make a diff. I then deleted the config and let it rebuild and it still had the same error. Then updated to Forge 710, same error.
Ah okay, I'll narrow down which one it is. I know I went through and updated all the mods from your website, but I have a couple others with the UE API that might need updating.
I wonder if going back to ICBM build 99 or 100, which works for me, is a bad idea. Like, if mods have the newer UE API, will they still work with the old UE API?

Complain to those modders for either not updating or including parts of the API that don't need.

Also, on a similar note, what do the dynamic tank, valve, and glass blocks in Mekanism do?
...and use the basic energy cube, right? Are there any coal generators in UniversalElectricity now? Or any generator that will burn stuff like wood and coal?
Update: Oh, found it...called Heat Generator. Cool sound effects too.
So basically the UE wiki needs an overhaul. I can see why no one is editing it though, since UE is kind of in a transitional period right now. Still, it would be nice if there was something explaining that there is no more coal generator or battery box and that you should probably start with Mekanism.
I just picked a bad time to try UE with no prior knowledge of how it worked. However, after a couple weeks of updating mods every day and posting on forums about basic components and whatnot, I am figuring it out. Too bad the wiki didn't have a section regarding Minecraft 1.5.2 and all the major changes to UE that took place.

Ah okay, I'll narrow down which one it is. I know I went through and updated all the mods from your website, but I have a couple others with the UE API that might need updating.
I wonder if going back to ICBM build 99 or 100, which works for me, is a bad idea. Like, if mods have the newer UE API, will they still work with the old UE API?
