I'm planning an epic item that when you right click an entity, it tracks it (like a compass). Put the tracking info into a drone missile and it will track that entity! Epic target strikes!

Everytime when I propose an idea, you come in and say its the same. *Sight* The tracker is not even close to your suicide vest. It can't blow up the entitiy. All it does is that it tracks the entity like a compass.
Just messing around in a test world and my world corrupted.
Im using multimc 4, forge build 247, forestry, codechickencore, not enough items, and the forestry extra bees addon. The antimatter and red matter bombs didn't have a texture, they were see-through and the crash happened when I put an antimatter missile into a missile launcher. I'm guessing this is similar to the issue with the textures not loading because the crash had to do with rendering the missile. Let me know if you need any more info such as the versions of the other mods.

Don't use ICBM releases without a star next to it! The ones without stars are development builds and are fully bugged.

Also, i was just messing around with blast-craft and nuclear missiles...
I don't know if its supposed to happen but the blocks like ladders and beds inside were still destroyed, and all the vilagers i put in there still turned to zombies...
I also crashed the first time i tried to place one of those blast craft half-slabs but it closed before i could get the error log and it didn't generate anything in the minecraft directory.
I don't want to be too much of a bother, but I'm really struggling to get ICBM and NEI to play nice with each other. The best I can do is get into the game and move around and break blocks, but as soon as I do anything involving opening the inventory, the game crashes every time. MultiMC Console had this to say:

ChickenCode and NEI go in the coremods folder while UE and ICBM go into the mods folder. Forge goes into the minecraft.jar.

Nop. Not in ICBM. But there's an electric tools coming soon from Universal Electricity that should add that in to protect you against all radiation!

If you install the mod using Skydaz's installer, I can't help you. I have no idea how his installer installs mods and I'm not sure if they're "proper".

The radar station is moving ( movement a little spazzy and swings really fast, i don't know if it's normal )
I tested the battery box and it is charging up everything else.
I installed the mod using Skydaz's auto mod installer for ICBM ( I'm thinking it's the latest forge and latest build for universal electricity along with the latest version of this mod )

Nop. Not in ICBM. But there's an electric tools coming soon from Universal Electricity that should add that in to protect you against all radiation!
If you install the mod using Skydaz's installer, I can't help you. I have no idea how his installer installs mods and I'm not sure if they're "proper".
