Minecraft Had Lost It Sparkle Since Notch Changed The World Generation In Beta 1.8.. Why Bother Playing Again And Again If It Will Always Looks The Same , Dull , And Boring.. Try Google "i miss the old world generation"
-Added an option to disable update messages.
-Fixed grammar errors.
-Moved support files to minecraft.jar/soundpacks for compatibility.
-Changed the look of the Sound Pack options button.
This is fantastic! I really hope this mod becomes popular so there eventually become a nice list of Sound Packs. I'd make one myself but depends if I have enough spare time I guess. Also, I'm really liking the OblivionCraft sounds by Olsaonline.
There are many more sound packs, but since I am one person I can't convert them all to this new Sound Pack format. Plus I don't think they would like it very much.
- Improved the Update message.
- Implemented Mod loader logging.
- Migrate as much as possible to the "soundpacks" folder inside the jar folder
- Cleaned up the code a bit. (No affect on you guys.)
- In-game menu (accesable from a keyboard key)
- Extra option: Change the keyboard key.
I LOVE YOU! NO LONGER SHALL THOSE HORRIBLE NOISES DETER ME FROM PLAYING!
Thank you! Please remember to leave the Update Message enabled so you can get the full version when its released. Were planning to move out of Beta soon!
you can't convert to mus. But if you put an ogg file next to the mus file with the same name as the mus (ex; far.mus far.ogg) it will play the ogg instead of the mus file.
That doesn't seem to work for me - is there another way?
Open modloader.txt and try to find "FINE: Soundpacks -- changing streaming/11.mus to streaming/11.ogg" or something similar.
If you can't find that message, you did something wrong.
Here's what I found that was similar to that:
FINE: Soundpacks -- changing streaming/13.mus to streaming/13.ogg

What she said!
This is basically Sound Mod Enabler with a fancy GUI.
And it only took a day to make!

The exact same way as you would with the other sounds. Just make sure you convert your sound files to .ogg.

Does that mean it'll only translate 13 and cat?
