This mod tweaks ender pearls and endermen.
Ender Pearls: Works in creative. Can be stacked to 64.
Endermen: Doesn't stop being aggro'd on you in the day and when they take water.
Always drops ender pearls.

This mod tweaks leaves so that you can walk through them, that's all.
Just a warning, if you are like Tarzan and like to swing across jungle trees, then this mod isn't for you, unless you want to fall through them. Or if you play adventure maps involving leaves being solid. Or other solid leaf related stuff.
[1.2.5]Better Biomes
Not being updated anymore. I highly recommend Better World Generation 3. It isn't the same, but I like it a lot more. I just wish it had the boreal forest and tweaked the ocean/tundra, haha.

This mod adds 2 new biomes, and edits 3 existing ones, and does some other tweaks. I'm trying to keep these changes as close to vanilla as possible.
Disclaimer: This mod edits a lot of base files related to world generation, due to me modifying existing biomes and not using modloader. Be careful with mod clash. To install, just drag files into minecraft.jar

Sub-biomes in biomes for mountains, like how mushroom biomes act in oceans.
Updated biomes: Ocean:
More lush. Added jungle trees and bushes, no giant jungle trees. Also regular oaks. Greener grass, now spawns ocelots.
Mountains:
More lush. Added pine trees. More wild grass. More overall trees. Now spawns wolves.
Tundra:
Less lush. Removed wild grass. Removed flowers. Replaced oak trees with pine trees.
New biomes: Boreal forest:
A very unique biome, with a mix of oak and pine trees. Will spawn wolves.
Meadow:
A plains biome, but more green like the jungle, and tons more flowers, with sparse trees.
Tweaks: Villages:
Cobblestone paths, wool on lanterns replaced with glowstone, farms have fences to protect them from mobs.
You should try adding a feature that mushroom biome that doesn't spawn only in ocean.
Also a smp port.
I personally think that defeats the point of it being rare, since it's already overpowered as it is. No hostile mob spawns, unlimited food(mooshrooms/mushroom soup) and it's nice and easy to build there. I could nerf it, but that would ruin the fun feeling of finding it.
Nicely done! Though I assume you mean the jungle trees and ocelot spawns are only on the tiny islands that generate in the ocean, right? Underwater trees and mere-cats wouldn't be good....

IM NOT BLUE XEPHOS I ACCIDENTLY NAMED MY SELF CLOSE... I DIDENT KNOW XEPHOS EXISTED UNTIL LATER IN MY ACCOUNT (i honestly dident know some one with 2 letters off from me existed when i started my account.).

Yeah, I'm just kidding. It's just that mushroom (island) biomes are so rare, and I've only found it in a "released" seed where I find in forums and stuff.

I worked on the underwater generation, and it also affected the beaches!
Clay now generates over sand in water, not dirt in water. And there's more sand.
well, I've also got another idea, and plans.
I'm going to add biome-mountains, like in 1.7.3, where rarely mountains generated as part of a biome.
But they'll be pretty rare, as rare as mushroom biomes, that's my goal.
i can understand you not wanting to increase chances for a mushroom biome but how about increase their average size(and mabye making it a bit rarer to find them to equal it out)? i keep on finding mushroom biomes which are only a few chunks big (also i think bringing back the random mountains from 1.7.3 is a good idea)
Ya! Been looking for something like this for a while! I like the old forests, where they wern't so huge. Also, just kinda a flat-ish biome with hills and trees every so often would be AWESOME! Great job, can't wait for future updates and such.
