I'm having a problem getting Mo Drinks working on my server. I've tried putting the ThirstMod folder just about everywhere and it doesn't work; the drink machine just says "Install drink packs to use drinks brewer." Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? It's a Cauldron 1.7.2 server.
Can someone please help me out ? I can't seem to get content packs or other mods' drinks to work at all. Im using MultiMC, but I still installed the Thirst Mod folder into that instance's minecraft folder. Do other mod's txt files have to a be a certain name ? Harvestcraft adds alot of drinks that would be great to quench that thirst bar man...*sigh*

I look forward to when 1.7.X comes out. I do have some questions. Does it conflict with Enviromine? Is it possible to disable the thirst mechanism in the configs so that the blocks can be used without the worry of thirst?
Major issues when trying to launch Minecraft 1.7.2 Forge.
This is intended for my personal mod pack, but seeing as it crashes without any other mods in the folder, I'm kinda worried.
Really sad I can't use this mod. Really liked it and thought it would go well with the RPG theme I'm going for.
I've tried 1.7.0, 1.7.1, and 1.7.5 just to see if there's any difference, but nope.

When adding a txt with items for External Mods it crashes when you consume anything at all no matter what. When the txt is deleted there is no crash. Here is the crash report. If i can get it working somehow ill make an edit but from what it seems you cannot do as the usage.info suggests
I might need to drop ThirstMod from my server while we wait for answers then. People are really getting sick of only being able to drink water or milk lol. The Lots of Food mod has a billion drinks but they aren't compatible sadly. They totally should be though, that would be awesome!
Please help? I'm sure I've done this right, but I want to make sure. First instal forge, then ignore patch discrepancies = true then put thirst mod in mods folder, then launch and quit then extract content packs to .minecraft\ThirstMod\Content Packs. Thirst mod gets loaded but somehow the content packs never get loaded, Did I get the file location wrong? or do I need a specific version of those too? by the way I'm playing on 1.6.4 because I was hoping to make a mod pack with Aether 2.
Edit: by the way the version of thirst mod I'm using is 1.7.1 I'm thinking that might be the problem, but I cant tell which versions of thirst mod are for which version of Minecraft.
It'd be really great if we could have hooks to add thirst for items from other mods ! Idealy this could just be a config with an item name containing the ID for a food that already exists (say a smoothie from Pam's HarvestCraft) that sets the thirst restored when the object is "eaten". You could have your playerbase create config files for you to add compatibility with any mod that adds a food item that might restore thirst. Similarly, can we have the ability to REMOVE thirst upon eating certain foods (set in the configuration) ? Gobbling a bunch of salty jerky, for instance, should probably reduce your hydration level.
This could easily be accomplished by subscribing to the PlayerUseItemEvent.Dinish event and just checking the ID in the itemstack against the IDs registered in the config file. If you're finished "using a modname.item.smoothie", restore the number of thirst set in the config ?
Hmm, what happens when i add a food item from a mod (HarvestCraft) as expansion, will this mod replace the food value of that food item or will the item fill both hunger and thirst?
?about random drinks? When you post a mod: "No pics no clicks" and "MCreator = bad ~99% of the time"
Don't forget to read the crashlog before reporting the crash. It might tell you why it's crashing.

Love this mod and hope he finished it up soon so I can use it on my 1.7.10 server.
Thank's for sharing this info.

It will fill both.

how i do to registrer multiID, items like the "perry" it has ID like 4287/1 4287/2 4287/3
??what i doing wrong.
Mate, numeric IDS were removed from the game centuries ago. You need to retrieve the unlocalised name of the item. Ask the mod author for these.
