Hey, I just downloaded the mod and I am having a issue with the creeds enchantment. I don't know if this is normal but basically I downloaded enchanting plus mod and I enchanted a Lapis sword with Creeds III and I'm not getting ANY xp boost. I am using this with my 1 hit skeleton xp farm and I am wondering if I did something wrong or this is a bug.
It's possible that this may be a bug. I will do some tests, a new version may be released to fix this and several other bugs that get reported.
i'm not sure if this has been asked yet but I would like to know if your mod will be ported to Bukkit. I run a bukkit server and saw BebopVox's Mod Spotlight on it and like it alot and I did notice it's able to be added to a vanilla server, but as I said i'm running a bukkit server.
[EDIT] 100th follower of topic YAY!
Sorry to say but there is no plans to make bukkit version of this mod. MCPC+ has more or less become the standard for using forge mods with bukkit, no work on my part needed for that to work.
alrighty, one last question though. do you know if running MCPC+, would client side MC require modding with your mod to connect or would it run like bukkit without needing clientside modding?

Bukkit mods don't work like plugins or spout. The client will need forge and all the mods the server has with mcpc+
Bone Sword: Smite - Deals extra damage to skeletons and zombies.
Infinity Sword: Siphon - Heals the wielder for half the damage dealt to an enemy.
Draconic Blade: Relentless Strike - Right click deals 10 damage (5 hearts) to all enemies around you, at the cost of 1/8 of the sword's durability. Has a 15 sec cooldown.
Molten Edge: Flaming Aura - Enemies around you will burn until they get away.

Thanks for suggesting your ideas, I was thinking about adding some more AOE style effects and in fact there have been some effects going in to the next major update. Right now the mod is on version two however version 3 is going to be released soon. When it gets released a lot of the content in the current mod will be replaced/changed or removed, because of this the suggestions are not really applicable. It's also worth noting that smite is already an enchantment in the game
I've got to learn from this...
All I did in my main mod was just add more things like halberds from the same materials, but nothing really cool like "The Halberd of Tears"...
I should probably do that... but probably in a separate mod. I'm busy breaking my mod down into more modules because right now it's all over the place >.<
Well anyway... here you go *applause*
Honestly, I think you're taking this in the right direction. Even if things get a tad OP, it's sandbox people, don't like it, don't use it

I just added support for this mod in Gerudoku Faithful,

Awesome work! I plan on updating the download links for texture packs in the main topic very soon, if you would like to drop a download link to me I can feature it in the main post.

That would be great,
Also you've done a wonderful job with this mod,
I liked that the swords aren't overpowered like other sword mods,
Here is the download. More Swords Textures
I'm not sure if this is well known, but I thought I should mention that this mod has a compatibility issue with EvilCraft. Together, they create a duplicate enchantment ID (which, of course, forces Mc to crash.) Of course, each mod allows you to adjust the enchantment IDs in their respective configuration files as a fix. Just trying to help.

Silly guy not making a new post with the download, I almost missed your post
Thanks for making the pack add-on, I will list it in the main topic very soon.

Thanks for mentioning this. Sadly there is nothing either party can do to fix this issue. The way Minecraft works does not exactly account for the addition of new enchantments and having enchantments added and removed. By that I mean that enchantments are not meant to have their ids changed, changing ids after a world already has enchantments in it can cause errors for items and cause mismatches in ids. Right now it's possible for forge to implement a system for registering enchantments however there is no official word on that yet.
Hey Darkhax, More Swords Mod is really conflicting with Growthcraft. It'd be really nice if you could fix it!
EDIT: I'm getting swords by breaking grass and grapes (etc.)

This sounds like an id conflict, I assume you're using 1.6 and not 1.7. Ids can be remapped in the config file.
I've got this mod installed along with a good many others, including Enchant View and Extended Workbench. When enchanting, the enchants from this mod come up 'a lot'. Thinking I would be cute, I decided to put both Greed 3 and Feast 2 on an 'extended' diamond sword. I figured this would both significantly increase the effectiveness of my XP farm and keep the sword in good repair. However I get the impression that I am deriving no increase in XP, and the sword is slowly degrading.
Am I missing a clue? Will the enchantments of this mod work on items outside of this mod?
Edit: I just enchanted a blood sword with feast two. It is losing durability, not gaining. Have I completely missed the point?
