3. Drag More Lights - vX.X.zip into .minecraft/mods
4. Delete any previous version of the mod, leaving only the latest one 5. Run Minecraft and enjoy the mod!
To Do
In no particular order 1. Different types of lamps (One done)
2. Ceiling lights (done)
3. Better textures (feel free to help)
4. Redstone powered lamps (table lamps done)
5. More glowing blocks
6. LED lights
7. Capes for everyone who has helped with the mod!
8. Suggestions?
Cool..? I'd rather have different lighting sources than one that does even worse than a torch though...
The small torch is kind of a proof of concept type thing. This is my first mod and I wanted to try something simple and make sure it worked before I move to more complex things.
I record me playing minecraft, yeah know? Let's plays, mod spotlights? and more! I would really appreciate it if you took the time to check a few of them out! http://www.youtube.com/user/WheresBansare
Lamps and glowing glass coming tomarrow! If anyone wants to help make the glowing glass/sand textures, let me know!
I'll do the Mod Spotlight once updates out, message mee !:)

This looks interesting. I think I'll keep an eye on this for a while...
Keep up the work, the glowing glass sounds nice. Will it include glass panes as well?

Yes, I just have not finished those yet so I couldn't post a picture.
i tried making some textures since it was my idea. You can use them if you want.
[not an artist at all, so not at all offended if you won't use them]
I've ended up with two possibilities(i greatly prefer the second shot)
high saturation glass with Glowstone style sand
or this, which i prefer being more subtle
low saturation glass with 'ore" glowstone

also seeing as it's only one item and you want to add more things to this mod, maybe it should go in the WIP section?
i might take this as an option to request a feature I've wanted for a while
Glowing Glass?
for example:
where the yellow wool is Glowstone dust and sand is sand
this would yield two glowing sand.
this sand can be smelted into glowing glass and then glowing glass panes.

I will add that in the next update!
thanks
Post it when you are done!!
Maybe you can try to make ceiling lights, so they can only be place on the ceiling (I'm not even sure if this possible though)
It's possible
