Hey, I had private messaged you earlier and wasn't sure if you saw it, I am just (like the post above) asking for permission to use your voidfog remover in my server's mod pack. Because Optifine isn't allowed in mod packs, this was the only other voidfog removing solution I could find in a few hours of Googling. Thanks, techkid6

Hey MamiyaOtaru, I was commenting on your planetminecraft post about a crash with a server, but it's refusing to let me post a reply. So, here's the full crash log: http://pastebin.com/nDPtBHQx
I'm on the absolute latest version of Forge for 1.5.1
thanks for the log. Will see if I can figure it out from there. One thing though, the log seems to indicate you are using the minimap for 1.5.2, which could cause issues with minecraft/forge 1.5.1. If you can, make sure you run it with http://www.mediafire...x9l89jrk17jo7aq (1.5.1 minimap) and see if the issue persists
First, with Voxel Map nether coordinates are multiplied by 8. I don't know if this an intended feature or not, but it makes things quite confusing. Could you fix this to show true nether coordinates or at least make it a config options?
Second, would it be possible to make a Forge compatible version of your void fog remover? It does its job, but unfortunately is incompatible with the changes that Forge does to handle entities.

hey, can the alien movement detector be used with voxel / zan map and tukmc mod? because i installed it but it didn't showed up here. in this thread it says that this mod can be used with voxel or zan's map but in planet minecraft it says it can't so which one is true?
and no matter what i do i can't make it to work. help please. i deleted meta-inf and put all the files in the correct folder but it didn't work
Hi, I use MultiMC and Dropbox to keep my minecraft synced across my computer and have noticed that the waypoints that I set with Zan's Minimap don't travel with me.
I eventually found the world waypoint save files inside my AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods\VoxelMods\voxelMap folder instead of the folder Dropbox\MultiMC\instances\1.5.2 Vanilla\minecraft\mods\VoxelMods.

Yeah that would be nice that the waypoints would be stocked with the instance instead, also not sure why but I've lost some of my waypoints...
I know rei's minimap saves the waypoint inside the instance.
Yes I used that map a long time, I still have it along with ZanMinimap for the waypoints that are more far than 1000m of range zan minimap doesn't show them at all so I have to have rei minimap for the stuff that is too far.

PMC is correct (will fix this thread). I stopped uploading new versions of the motion tracker because its functionality has been superseded by the minimap. But some people asked for me to update it, so I did. But it's not compatible with the minimap right now.

Intended, so that waypoints persist when people delete instances. I understand your usage case, and have considered saving them in the instance as well, but that becomes problematic. If a points file exists in both locations, which one to use? Has to be thought through pretty well

That would be because you are using an old version. 1.5.2 has adjustable distance for that, including infinity

You could make it a config option. Auto save them in the roaming folder or people can change it to the instance.

Yup no choice yet, RP2 isn't released for any 1.5.X edition of MC so I'm stuck with MC 1.4.7, I'll have to check about an alternative to RP2 called RedNet (its a part of Minefactory Reloaded) it seems to do nearly exactly what RP2 can do and its updated to 1.5.1 at least. But I will loose nearly 1 yr of hard work if I have to do this, I will have to start a brand new world cause so many stuff I have is done using RP2, everything would be broken and totally useless in most parts.
But i have tried and delete / not use the minimap but the motion still didn't showed up. I use the magic launcher for the minimap by the way, and the motion with manual put into jar and minecraft folder.
Yeah i know it kind of useless because of the minimap. But that alien motion detector are more dope that the original map. It feels like a futuristic one if used. Lol. That is why i wanted to try it but sadly it didn't work

Oh I understand why you are using an old version. I was just mentioning that it isn't an issue with new versions so anyone reading this thread doesn't think it is

Ok, good to know, I might have to start from scratch on a brand new world sooner than I think, if Eloraam (RP2 awesome dev) skip the 1.5.X serie of Minecraft, I won't be able to update my game to MC 1.6 directly so there's no point in trying to transfer a world to 1.6 if it wasn't working fine in a 1.5.X first, with all the mods doing so much modifications at each MC release, it won't work at all if I skip the 1.5.X era...

Did that, got this: http://pastebin.com/xJeAcfer
Not sure what's going on, but I know there's no block conflicts of anything.
