Okay, my flans test passed, its not flans mod or any part/weapon pack in it, so I am now leaning heavily towards believing that this and ellians is conflicting pretty badly to crash when trying to place something, or something because it worked with ellians before, but something is causing it to conflict. I will give the list of every mod i am currently running if needed.
I mean, Im not seeing the option. [to disable the opening message]
The other stuff is there. Minebay, freezer, printer and what not.
Just not the option
Or better yet, give me the line in the config so I can just paste it in myself.

This is only an issue because I'm already using a logon message mod to convey information, and your message always shows up at the bottom, bumping other information off the top of the chat.

okay well after spending my entire sunday trying to get down to the heart of the problem, it seems no matter what I take out or put in, the heart of the conflict is between ellians and furniture mod. so i implore you to explore this and see what you can do on your end. thank you very much.

It's hard to tell why this conflict is happening because it is unusual. For now, you wont be able to use them together. Btw, you profile picture is scary.

yeah i sucks i cant use them together, was looking forward to finishing a minecraft movie i was making. the furniture would have put it over the top. dont you insult Lo-Pan. he makes women fly, lol.

Okay, found out from Automated Maiden that the null pointer problem was coming from the fact your mod is in a sense being a bad child wanting to mismatch id's. but a fix for it was on her idfix modpage, and it works, no problems at all, all stuff places just fine.
If anyone else is having a null pointer exception problem heres how to fix it (it works with this mod, and maybe others.)
1. download Idfix from Automatic Maiden's page
2. delete the config files (by that i mean every config file in the config folder.)
3. clean out the mod folder, leaving only idfix and the furniture mod in there (dont) really have to delete them, what i did was just move the mods folder out of the directory and made an empty mods folder.
4. if your just using idfix for the first time, okay, but if you have been using it, delete the Idfix text file from the main .minecraft directory
5. run the game, set up a world, do not use an already made world. (i say this because there will be problems, just create a simple test world, one you wont mind deleting.)
6. exit.
7. return all mods you want to use back to the mods folder. (you could throw them all in, or be prudent and one at a time it, to be on the safe side, I live by murphys law.)
8. ????
9. profit!
(lol joking, after you put the mods back in, the idfix text file will have concretely secured the Id's for the furniture mod, bolting them down so that there will not be a problem later on.)

this method might actually clear up quite a few problems with other mods too, but since the furniture mod was my biggest priority, I have not tested it out thoroughly on other mods.
ONly the electronic items are showing up, none of the original furniture. (no lamp, bedside table, white fence). Tried DELETING cfm (whatever) config folder A MILLION TIMES. It just keeps showing up. I delete it, and it disappears, But when I go back to the folder its still there. HELP!!
Every time I log into minecraft and get into the game this message pops up "Thank you for downloading MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod. Make sure you check out the wiki! http://mrcrayfishs-furnature-mod.wiki.com/" how can I stop it from popping up every time I connect to a server or go into a single player world?
