Actually, you could fish for the ghasts, then quickly ride them.
I created a map with this mod can i have your permission? reply ASAP..
- YukiTerra
Good point (if challenging!) since they don't hurt on contact like Slimes & Magma Cubes
Permission to release? Sure, just give me a link so I can see it too, but don't include the mod with the map - link to the Downloads section of this thread when you make a forum thread for your map.
*Snerk* Don't forget the EXPLOSIONS!!!
if someone is interesed in making a gulliver map, im a good redstone circuits maker/worldedit user.
UncleMion, you are planning to make the gulliver wiki or not?
Sometime, I guess... maybe when I'm less deep into coding features.
1) Yes. 2) Not really (you squash the pig and fall off). 3) You can, but it's murder on your framerate
Yes, it will use the host's settings.
Sure, I'll let people help out. (It's occurring to me that one disadvantage of not adding blocks, items, mobs or crafting recipes is that I miss out on that obvious wiki organization...)
Is there a reason you didn't read this in the top post?
(even if I had to create a modloader profil with magic launcher being usually on forge and all, but I just couldn't not try it and I wasn't disappointed. I wait the forge version eagerly though ^^)
I hope you will make updates and add new cool stuff, but it's already so neat I can't even see how it could be better ^^
Edit: I seem to be unable to pick-up smaller mobs... I can hold them for a second then they drop right back...
No, 'cause that kind of defeats the purpose of "Creative" mode. It'd be a bigger pain if you were constantly breaking your masterpieces.
But you could try taking regen potions or being a bit more careful when causing mayhem
I'm not using any other mod with this one, just modloader...
Do you sometimes have problems with lag, where you accidentally break more than one block with one swing in Creative mode? If so, then you could be right-clicking the mob to pick it up and then accidentally right-clicking "once more" which places it back where it was.
Idea: tiny players are burned on torches and take longer to escape cobweb.
Idea: tiny players wearing leather in tall grass are unseen by the few mobs that hunt them (cats, silverfish, spiders)
All around me are familiar faces...
Do tiny slimes (as in, the smallest ones that die once and for all when you so much as smack them with a baguette) hurt small players?
Also, do you have a way to make it so that thrown creepers explode on impact?
Because that would be awesome.
So, you said this...
Which one is accurate?
Is it actually in the works right now, not at all, or somewhere in-between and stuck in limbo?
- The ceiling climbing sounds fun
- Tiny players already take longer to escape cobweb. Burning on torches is a bit much.
- Tiny players aren't seen by enemies when hiding in tallgrass, although they can still "smell" that you're around there somewhere, so be careful.
- Yep, normal-sized "tiny" slimes (what get dead if you smack them) can hurt tiny players
- Heh heh, Creeper bombs sound fun. I'll see what makes sense for that. Maybe if they were swelling to explode before you throw them, I'll have them wait until they hit to explode on impact.
- Both statements are accurate: I'm not working on the Forge-compatible version now, but it's on my list of priorities of things to do, after the things that come before it on the list of priority things to do. So, although it's not being worked on, I will do it after I get other things done, as mentioned. That come before. On my list of priorities. Capische?
