Help. Once I launch the Gulliver Forge Profile, the window closes and nothing happened. I've looked for answers throughout these discussions, but alas, none have been found. And no, I won't be posting any crash logs. I don't get any. Literally nothing happens after launching minecraft
There are still crash logs... try looking in "%appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports" the file name will look something like this "crash-2016-02-08_19.52.17-client" if you ran the game today it would be look something like this "crash-2016-07-10_20.06.00-client"
If you're talking to me, just make sure cheats are on when you start your new world. Once you spawn, go into creative and make a platform in the clouds. Build the machine you see in the picture. Flip the lever on and off really quick, jump back down to the ground, set yourself to survival, and try to survive! Have fun, let me know how it goes!

Probably because your using a later version of Java than what Gulliver Mod wants to use. Go back a few pages and try to find a file download, "legacy java fixer" Place it in your mods folder and that should solve the problem. That was happening to me a few Months ago and legacyjavafixer helped me.

All my favorite mods (that I can remember) are... :
Gulliver Mod
Animated Player
Armorers Workshop (or armourers, if you need me to spell it that way)
I didn't check there yesterday, but I just checked nothing there. I wanted to see if one would show up if I tried today to launch, and nope. No crash logs before May for me.

Because you posted no crash logs. I have no idea what the problem could be. I can tell you the most common problems, however.
1. You are trying to play with Java 8. You need Java 7 to play Gulliver Forged. If you can't play with Java 7, and just want to play with Gulliver mod, just install the Non-Forge version of the mod. If you have both installed, just change Executable in the profile to use Java 7 instead of Java 8. Usually, this is what you put in Executable: "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe"
If that doesn't work, try this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe"
Usually you need the quotation marks for it, but if this doesn't work, try without them. If it still doesn't work, continue on with the other solutions.
2. If you have others mods that you are using with Gulliver Forged, one or more of them are conflicting with it. Uninstall a few mods and see what happens.
And lastly....
3. In JVM arguments, you did not put -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true
If this is the problem, then you OBVIOUSLY did not read the whole post, as it was stated to do so.
That's all of the possible solutions I know. If none of them are the problem, then sorry.
First, go into creative and build this machine in a spawn chunk, maybe up in the sky in a bedrock box.
Then, set yourself back to survival. Start at basesize 1.
You will slowly grow while playing survival! Build a big enough house before you outgrow yours! Collect resources from caves you soon won't be able to fit in! Get some dye before your size becomes unmanageable!
Feel free to adjust the command to grow (or shrink!) faster or slower.
Let me know if you try this!
I tried this, but the redstone does not repeat. More details, please?
make the bottom repeater face left the left repeater face up the top repeater face right and right repeater face down
it should work like that or make a hopper clock aka place a hopper and make sure they loop and each hopper used is i think 0.25 seconds each change but after you make a loop of hoppers place a comparator and have it aim into redstone dust which goes into the command blocks and this should work and more hoppers is more time or put a daylight detector with 5 dust that then goes into the command block k but this means you cant change how long until you grow bigger or shrink or whatever mode you made it be k

Everyone has O.C.D. and A.D.H.D. and Autism and so on its just a matter of how much that makes people say you have it...
I have all 3 where people will say i have them... people hate on me for it...
Heres more accurate explanations of each:
O.C.D. makes you hate not symmetrical things if you have alot and youll tend to repeat things in a specific pattern and hate slight change...
A.D.H.D. makes you be extremely into one specific thing while also connecting things like a cat to radiation...
Autism is literally a label that people use as insults to people who are really good at math and science related things and love those things...
im having the same problem as Iwn29 except im trying to play with Little blocks aswell. But, I havent done anything with the other mods so its just the forge stuffs that are crashing. and he's right, there are no crash logs. It doesnt "crash" it simply closes out.its not even in the launcher log. I think it Is my java version, but how would i change that? o.o
How do i get this mod for Minecraft 1.7.10? Ive seen alot of people play this in 1.8 and 1.7.10,Please reply.
downside is that these are most likely clickbaiters (people who trick people into watching the video to then realise its fake after that person has already gotten money from ads but usually its not on youtube unless that person is working with clickbait websites) saying its 1.7.2 or 1.7.10 or 1.8 or things when its not even a version from 1.3 and even if they arent a clickbaiter they most likely forgot to link to the download or is waiting for the perms that theyll then forget about later about being allowed to post their working version but make sure it links to real websites and legal website so it links to either planetminecraft.com or minecraftforum.net k

Have you considered making this mod open source? Java/Minecraft isn't my area of expertise when it comes to coding, but I'd be more than willing to take a crack at updating this to 1.7.10.

You should have read just below the download for the forge version... It tells you that the mod only works with Forge 9.11.1.965. Install the correct version of forge and re-run the installer.

Thanks. I got it, but now I get this error.
I tried allocating more RAM into Minecraft, but that barely did nothing. Thanks anyways.
This crash was before I took out the Java Legacy Fixer Mod.

Thanks. I got it, but now I get this error.
I tried allocating more RAM into Minecraft, but that barely did nothing. Thanks anyways.

I had a similar problem. ended up getting it working by re-reading the front page and finding out i got the version 1.6.4 but was using forge version 1.5.2 accidentally ha ha
If you have 2 versions of java installed i would uninstall the older version and use the legacy mod then.
It says No Such Method on both error reports.
It also tells me that you are using java 1.7 in which case you don't need the legacy mod installed.

I've only just started playing this Mod today, but I'll tell you straight up that I'm in love with it. XD Can I have your permission to marry this mod? It's that wonderful to me. If/when you update, count me on board for more fun big/little adventures!
There are still crash logs... try looking in "%appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports" the file name will look something like this "crash-2016-02-08_19.52.17-client" if you ran the game today it would be look something like this "crash-2016-07-10_20.06.00-client"
After my 5th attempt I finally did it
If you're talking to me, just make sure cheats are on when you start your new world. Once you spawn, go into creative and make a platform in the clouds. Build the machine you see in the picture. Flip the lever on and off really quick, jump back down to the ground, set yourself to survival, and try to survive! Have fun, let me know how it goes!
Forum signatures are so 2012.
Armorers Workshop (or armourers, if you need me to spell it that way)
And a few more.
I tried this, but the redstone does not repeat. More details, please?
It's a redstone clock, so you need to flip the lever on and back off quickly.
Forum signatures are so 2012.
I did, but the redstone does not go all the way.
the repeaters need to facing the right way:
make the bottom repeater face left the left repeater face up the top repeater face right and right repeater face down
it should work like that or make a hopper clock aka place a hopper and make sure they loop and each hopper used is i think 0.25 seconds each change but after you make a loop of hoppers place a comparator and have it aim into redstone dust which goes into the command blocks and this should work and more hoppers is more time or put a daylight detector with 5 dust that then goes into the command block k but this means you cant change how long until you grow bigger or shrink or whatever mode you made it be k

This mod is not even for 1.7 yet. It's still 1.6.4. Perhaps you saw a different mod?
downside is that these are most likely clickbaiters (people who trick people into watching the video to then realise its fake after that person has already gotten money from ads but usually its not on youtube unless that person is working with clickbait websites) saying its 1.7.2 or 1.7.10 or 1.8 or things when its not even a version from 1.3 and even if they arent a clickbaiter they most likely forgot to link to the download or is waiting for the perms that theyll then forget about later about being allowed to post their working version but make sure it links to real websites and legal website so it links to either planetminecraft.com or minecraftforum.net k

Have you considered making this mod open source? Java/Minecraft isn't my area of expertise when it comes to coding, but I'd be more than willing to take a crack at updating this to 1.7.10.
I put the JVM argument command in and it says that it... well see for youself

Yes, I have done "-Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true" And I have Java Version 1.7.0. What am I doing wrong? If anyone can help that would be awesome! Thanks!
Edit: In case you were also wondering I have the JavaLegacy mod, and I tried without it.
You should have read just below the download for the forge version... It tells you that the mod only works with Forge 9.11.1.965. Install the correct version of forge and re-run the installer.
After my 5th attempt I finally did it
Thanks. I got it, but now I get this error.
I tried allocating more RAM into Minecraft, but that barely did nothing. Thanks anyways.
This crash was before I took out the Java Legacy Fixer Mod.

I'm a gamer! I have lots of Lives!
I've only just started playing this Mod today, but I'll tell you straight up that I'm in love with it. XD Can I have your permission to marry this mod? It's that wonderful to me. If/when you update, count me on board for more fun big/little adventures!
