But wouldn't you be able to just put the Gulliver profile's folder and a mods folder into a zip file and just pop it into an existing 1.6.4 forge installation?

Im not trying to. Im just saying that if an update has a sliver of a chance than this mod is worth keeping the hype around.

Here's a combat suggestion;
You get a melee damage bonus for hitting larger mobs/players in the nape (back of the neck/head). Attack on Titan, anyone?
It would allow for smaller players to fend off giants with careful planning. And making the player think tactically would add a layer of depth to combat between small/large players.
i dont think my sister would get the mod if she knew part of its based off aot lol but aot ftw
my sisters friend says bleach sucks and she loves it so she says attack on titan sucks because they love aot is why she wouldnt get it if that was added but thats actually a good idea but size should change the damage so if your at 0.25 its strongest againt 2 4 and 8 as in wait and air friction will control the damage and fall distance so if you jump from a cliff that like 15 blocks above a 4 sized person it harms 1/20 extra health per block you fall aka 3 to 6 extra hearts aka 6 health to 12 health?

Heres more accurate explanations of each:
O.C.D. makes you hate not symmetrical things if you have alot and youll tend to repeat things in a specific pattern and hate slight change...
A.D.H.D. makes you be extremely into one specific thing while also connecting things like a cat to radiation...
Autism is literally a label that people use as insults to people who are really good at math and science related things and love those things...

I actually kinda feel bad for you, UncleMion, I bet 1.9 will come out the day you update it to 1.7... It's what happened when you updated it to 1.6.4, 1.8 came out... And you also have people coming at you about it.

But Titans from AoT are their own particular kind of beast, specifically made to be nearly invulnerable. That's not the case with normal players & mobs that are just larger.
I recall there was an AoT mod at one point that added Titan mobs (it may have been Japanese, not sure which MC version), and I agree it'd make sense for a AoT mod like that to give extra damage to Titan mobs based on that position of attack.
I'll live. Note that it can take quite a while for the modding tools (i.e. MCP, Forge) to update to the latest versions too, depending on how much base code changed. I got used to not being at the "current" Minecraft version some time back.
Here's a suggestion: Small players need less food to get from a low hunger bar to a full hunger bar because they have smaller stomachs and for Giants' it's exactly the opposite, it takes more food because they have bigger stomachs

I don't know about back of the neck, but larger players being slightly more vulnerable in some places(such as face, neck, heart) would be interesting, I think.
Personally, I would prefer it if players used different 'weapons'/where effected differently by 'weapons' when at different sizes.
For example, large players might not be able to use bows, and instead use stuff like gravel and anvils as ranged weapons(falling blocks), while a tiny player would simply throw arrows like a javelin.
Tiny players could be better off using something like a stick or a ingot of iron as weapons, while being barehanded could be the best for large players.
Anyways, currently, I feel like being tiny is geared towards survival and farming, while being giant is geared more towards wanton destruction.
It's hard to fight as a tiny due to your short reach, low strength, and feeble defense. More importantly, why fight if most mobs ignore you anyways? Resources generally last longer and you don't need as much space to live in. While gathering resources can be tricky, exploring natural caves give plenty of metal, and wood isn't so hard to get with a nice little tree farm-you won't use much anyways. Plus, with the aid of tools, breaking blocks don't take all that long.
On the other hand, it's hard to settle as a giant. All those tiny tiny blocks makes it hard to move around without bumping into something, you can't sleep to set your spawn, food and tools run out much faster. Making shelter takes much, much longer and is much more annoying to build-lighting it up, even more so. You can easily break or kill things by accident, and even though you break things very fast, all it means is that you need to go back for new tools more frequently, and can mess up more easily. Gathering resources is a headache, especially since it takes much more care, tine, and tools to gather it, and you need to gather much more of it. On the other hand, why bother with building shelters or gathering resources? There isn't a thing that you need to take shelter from, and your hands are the best weapons you have.
Of course, this might be because I play at the extremes of both sizes (8x and 1/8x), but still.
As a side note, fighting the enderdragon at 8x size seems to be near-impossible.
The island is too tiny, meaning you are prone to get flung off, it's really easy to **** off loads of endermen by stepping on them, and the pillars scattered everywhere makes it hard to move around.
1/8th size is easier if you manage to get rid of all the end crystals, and have loads of patience, since you just have to worry about the enderdragon(mostly). I mean, at least you don't die in less than 5 minuets every time you step into the end.
Thats a pretty good idea, make certain items be 'weapons' for small and big players while keeping the current for normal sized players. Right now combat is pretty unbalanced since in a fight between a giant and a tiny in a normal vanilla enviroment with this mod, the giant will almost always win no matter what the tiny does.
I personally would like the ability for tinies to beat bigger opponents using careful tactics and planing instead of it being as straight forward as it is currently but that's just my personal opinion on the matter.
Heres some examples of item/block functions that might be possible later on for the mod(some are like the ones you said obviously):
Arrow - javelins for tinies.
Logs - club for giants and armor for tinies.
Gravel, anvils, and Cobblestone - ranged weapon for giants.
Leaves - armor for tinies, blocks rain while in the armor slots.
Iron ingot - armor for tinies, extra protection boost at the cost of movement speed due to the ingots weight.
Paper - can be wore in the chest armor slot by tinies, allows gliding with a hotkey.
Lily pad - can be wore in the helmet slot by tinies, block rain passively. can be wore in the boot slot, allows walking on top of water.
Slime ball - can be wore in the boot slot by tinies, allows walking on vertical and upside down surfaces with a hotkey.
String - can be used as a climbing rope by tinies, basically a tiny ladder.
Glass - can be wore in the helmet slot by tinies to allow water breathing.
Diamond - can be wore in the chest slot, extra protection for tinies.
Spider eye - can be wore in the chest slot by tinies, uses 'spider scent' to lower spider detection range around tinies.
Fower pot - can be wore in the helmet slot by tinies, stops spider and cat detection whenever the players not moving by having them disguise themselves as a flower pot. any flower in the current inventory slot will be shown in the flower pot.
Cactus - armor for tinies, give thorns on contact with tiny wearing it.
All items and blocks that don't have special functions - tinies are shown holding these over their head similar to how galacticraft shows players holding rockets and buggys. weapon items like swords, special weapons like javelin arrows, potions, food, and stuff like that are shown as normal instead.
Hope these aren't too far out there
Is there a way to put this mod into a custom launcher such as ATLauncher? I don't want to use mods on the official launcher and I may very soon stop using the official launcher in favor of ATLauncher.

If you're saying "Does there exist a 1.8-1.8.8 version?", no, that is not the case. Any website claiming to have the Gulliver mod updated to 1.8 is a scamming website reposting mods for their own benefit. And I don't know what that picture you attached is.

in 1.5.2 does anyone know why i crash when walking over a lever? ill put the report later if nobody else has this crash and if i have to use the older launcher im alright with it but i havent tested that
also i have actually ran out of space on c drive and had to move steam files to the d drive but i did that after disabling gulliver so if stepping on a lever needs drive space that couldve been why but it never said it had no memory
