It's hard for me to get used to glass, stone bricks and stone having an EMC value of only 1. It really messes me up at times, it seems really unnatural to me.
I'd like to suggest heightening the EMC values of Stone and Stone Bricks to 2. That way, when you make half-block slabs in the conversion rate 1:2, you can easily convert 2 slabs (which have a value of 1 EMC) back into one full block instead of TWO full blocks.
I'd like to see glass value heightened to 3. If the value of glass is higher, maybe glass panes could get their own EMC value.
I know the chances of any of this being implemented are very low, but I'm only trying to relay a message of my personal opinion. I'm an oldfag and this system makes Stone Bricks (and also Glass) insanely easy to get. It's not a bad building material, but it having a value of only 1 EMC kind of makes me feel like I'm cheating.
Is it possible to destroy a klein star so that you get back the EMC that you used to make the actual klein star? Because I accidentally a Drei one in the transmutation grid and I want my EMC back ...

Unfortunately, no- Klein stars have no inherent EMC value. I feel your pain, it's happened to me in the past a number of times.
PantsManUK, from reading your post I understood that in your case the watch only shows on the pedestal when you turn it on, Is that correct?
I noticed that the arcana ring releases an R tone on some colors that don't have an R function on the basic ring. Anyone know what that is about?

I was using 1.4.0.3 and to upgrade to 1.4.1.5 I just moved the .3 zip out of mods folder and dropped in the .5 zip in. I started my game up, no error messages, and once I was in game all my EE objects in the world (chests, collectors, relays, etc) were gone. How would one prevent that from happening please?

You need to extract the first .zip to get the right one for the mods folder.
I don't know if this was fixed, but red matter costs 400,000 EMC in version 1.1 but can be made with only 200,000 EMC of resources. This means you can essentialy get infininte money by making red matter from dark matter then converting it back into EMC.
^I believe that was why he changed the red matter recipe to cost three dark matter. Please check the latest version and come back if it's still an issue.

RM was 206,000ish. That may have been a patch that it was bugged.
RM was increased because it was so easy to skip over DM.
And it still is, IMO. I still skip everything DM but the Pickaxe and Shovel, and I barely use them. With the Mark 3 Collector getting buffed as well, it didn't change the speed that you skip DM. It just gives RM a higher EMC value.
I think pahimar should add a material which is specifically just for red matter like a "red matter agitator" which requires something like aeternalis fuel and dark matter blocks.... Too easy getting to red matter still

I'm currently pumping out a redmatter furnace every... I dunno, 10 seconds maybe? It's hard to tell because the input of redmatter into the condenser (from other condensers via tubes) isn't regular.
Given that I have maybe 30 stacks, that's equivalent of over 300 full KSOs.

How about the recipe for each Red Matter be made 8 full Klein Omegas surrounding a Ring of Arcana. And collectors can't duplicate them.
Why screw around and settle for psychotically expensive when you can make it hatefully expensive.
If that were the case there wouldn't be a world left to use any of the red matter stuff... You will have completely mined out the entire world lol. And that recipe would be impossible as the ring of arcana requires red matter :b

T1 Collector is all there is, at it's current speed. DM is 9 Diamond Blocks. RM is 9 DM Blocks (consistency). The TT, the one on the ground, takes 4 DM Blocks and 4 Diamond Blocks, and the hand-held one is 4 RM blocks and 4 DM blocks. Furthermore, anything burned in a T1 Antimatter Relay gives 50% EMC, T2 gives 75%, and T3 gives 100%. (TC2 does something like this, and I kinda like it...) Oh, and the Klein Star is a RM Block Surrounded by DM Blocks. Tablet would only give 75% of EMC of burned items, though. (Reason to use Relays.)
I could go on, and on. For awhile, actually. It's so dang crazy, people would go from saying it's OP to... Well. Crying.
You sure you know what you're talking about?

Also, if you are using NEI, the latest update will cause that problem.
