I'm having an issue with several items sucking up EMC about 50x faster in SMP with version 1.4.6.0. I've tried forge 120 through 125 and all of them do it. I'm guessing it's something with forge because I tried my previous version of EE and it started doing it after updating forge. New EE requires forge 120 though so not sure how to fix this problem.
So far anything with a toggle effect that uses EMC are the one's being effected. Also the flight of Swiftwolf's Rending Gale does it too. It drained a fully charged Klein Star Zwei in about a minute of flying.
I've tried fresh server with just forge 120 and EE and problem still exist. Is anyone else having this issue or any tips on how to fix it?
Can anyone confirm that they have this problem or don't have this problem in SMP?
alot of people here talking about the NEI problem when you skip pages while other mods install that are not the EE mod it crashes the game... well i have it too but for me it shows the EMC velue of the items on the first pages of NEI but when i skip to the pages where it shows other mod items the game crash...

If you read the previous 2-3 pages you would see my comment that you need to update your NEI to v1.2.2.4.
So, update your NEI to v1.2.2.4
Edit: Added a note to the Changelog indicating that if you are getting crashes with NEI, update your NEI
ok, so what happened to extension and creation mode? I right-clicked on the ground to expand out my floor, and it turned into sand and I dropped into the void. wtf? I looked for "extension mode" on google and in the change log and see nothing. hello, how about documentation on things like this?
I just noticed that the ever-hilarious youtuber Tobuscus has EE installed, though I have no idea how he managed to do it.
Of course, he had no idea what it actually is, and only stumbled across one of the recipes accidentally.
As for me, I'm running Direwolf20's map, and EE's running fine in that. Once I get my EE emc-gathering tech up a bit, I'll make a super redmatter farm inside a volcano in the middle of a jungle

The Alch chest with a BHB in it is no longer sucking up items upon login. It has to be opened and anything inside the chest has to be touched to trigger the vaccuum effect. Happens every single time I log out then back in. Any idea what the problem could be? I know you changed loot balls to be detected by Alch chests with BHBs in them so I'm wondering if that might have somehow affected the chest functioning when logging in.
Same problem with 1.4.5.0. Downgrading to 1.4.4.1 brings back the function of the Alch chest with a BHB in it sucking in items of its own accord upon logging in without the need for me to touch anything.
I have not tested with the latest version of EE2 that requires the new FML since it will break my world.

Hi, I hope I'm not to late, but you need to go to your .minecraft, config, then open modloader with notepad or something like that. Next find the arrows mod. It should look like: mod_Arrows=on. Next delete "on" and type in "off". like this. mod_Arrows=off. Run minecraft and enjoy forge. =)
I keep finding EMC values of 16384 with my divining rod, but can never discern WHAT it is. It seems to randomly disappear, because when I follow it, I end up with a value on the short range scan and dig out the ENTIRE AREA. Then, nothing. What is this?

For some reason I can't get EE installed Putting the jar in my mods folder doesn't install it for me I seems to just be crashing, i wonder if it's one of my other mods, even though I have other forge mods installed
It's likely crashing because you have an outdated Forge. Post your Modloader/ForgeModLoader.txt in a pastebin.com link so we can see. Also post any error reports you can get. See the Troubleshooting section on how to do that.
Also, I have a beta version of an updated mDiyo 4096 fix that works with Forge 131. It's being beta tested right now but if all is good I'll post it later today. Also have an EE2-MystCraft SMP bugfix release planned but waiting on MystCraft to update their Forge compatibility as well.
Woudln't it be overpowered to create diamond ore, since fortune 3 more than doubles the amout of diamonds you get when mining diamond ore? just something to think about.

Which would make more sense since I never thought EMC should be a tangible item like a liquid or a gas. But having the ability to transport emc in an automatic fashion woud be cool. I.E like from a bunch of Flower arrays into a central collector.
It does get annoying after while to go around to every relay I have.
