Is this compatible with 1.4.7? If not, when do you think it will be updated?

Two questions:

When will this be updated?

Is there a way I can download parts of the mod separately? Because, honestly, the main thing I want is the ores. They're some of the most unique I've seen in any mod. (Namely the wakadoyium.)

I love this mod! Can't wait for the new update.

Hey i have been watching uberhaxornova on youtube play with you mod and thought i would try it and get my FIRST mod but.........i havent been able to do it, get the mod too work im so confused and when it wasnt working i was nearly in tears lol i seriously would donate if i wasnt dead broke well anyway is there a video you could make for the latest minecraft version where you would show me and others how to get it to work PLEASE reply this is in my opinion,a really interesting mod so yeah....i hope you read this

The mod isn't updated to 1.4.7 yet so it will not work for the current Minecraft version.

Just downgrade to 1.4.2 using multi mc then you can play it.

Is there a config file that you can change what biomes spawn?

hey, pls try something like a casino/boardgame/money themed biome, you know with felt, roulette, slot machines, and that sort of thing please?

guys do think asking him to update will actually do something besides annoy him just be patient he might actually be working on a 1.5 version and if he isn't he has a life to so leave hum alone

Can someone PLEASE clarify two things for me? What version of forge do I need to download and use for this mod?

in the OP it says:

Mod running on forge version: 6.0.1.349

I would assume that would mean I'm supposed to download, install and use that version of forge for this mod, and not the latest version. Except when I try to use that version of forge, it tries to update Minecraft, and gets stuck on the screen that says "UPDATING MINECRAFT / DONE LOADING" with the green bar sitting there at like 95% done forever.

So I tried the latest version...

And if I install "minecraftforge-universal-1.4.7-6.6.2.534", the latest version of forge, it works when I launch the game. But then as soon as I try to install your mod "BicBiomesCraft7.0-Client&Server", it gets stuck on the screen that says "FML is setting up your minecraft environment... Please wait, FML has some tasks to do before you can play... Currently doing..." and just sits at 0%, forever.

After I installed forge, I deleted the META-INF folder like you say to do in your instructions, then drag and drop all the files from "Client&Server Classes" directly into my "Minecraft.jar" using 7zip.

One thing that confuses the hell out of me though, is that the official installation instructions for MinecraftForge say to delete ONLY two files inside the META-INF folder, that start with "MOJANG". But your install instructions for forge say to completely delete the META-INF folder. So who am I supposed to believe here???

This is literally making me pull my hair out and I've been fighting with this for HOURS.

Unless you are using Minecraft 1.4.2 it will not work as Minecraft has been updated to 1.4.7. You'll either have to wait for the mod update or downgrade to 1.4.2.

One thing I don't get is that with all the people that say he's still working on bicbiomecraft, Why doesn't he tell us he is? If he were to post a comment just saying I'm working on it, it would all of the requests. But either way I loved this and if he's still working on it then I can't wait...
