actually mine was set to 3142 and isn't conflicting with anything but still get the crash so it wasn't the problem for me. i never use default block ids or id resolver because its messy. not sure how yours is working though
error logs in spoilers would help,,,,
it is either a id issue that is conflicting with some other id or it is a priority issue,, if you don't want to use id resolver for the priority issue than you will have to install the jammy furniture early in the mods setup (whatever yours is).
i had a similar problem with installing buildcraft (have you ever had to "raise the priority of buildcraft?"), it would throw wierd crashes at start up depending on the point of installation. to try and explain that... if you have 5 mods to install and you put it in last it will have the lowest priority and if you install it first it will have the highest,,,
the other BIG suggestion is to use forge 388 not forge 381,,, it might also help to use mc-multi-launcher..
i use mc-multi-launcher with forge388 (i had to go to there web site to download 388 as the launchers link only goes up to 381) and then i can easily control my mods with simple clicks,, no more of that pain staking single mod installs and 30 mods later one of them breaks the game and i had to start over,, not with mc majiclauncher,, if that 30'th mod broke the game you just click the remove button and you are good to go again with 29 mods.. as for id resolver, it doesn't always fix all errors but it does make changing those ids a lot simpler,, unfortunately with the jammy-furniture mod i still had to edit them manually,
i have both industrial craft and mocreatures running in mine and as i stated in earlier posts,, all i had to do was change the priority and id #'s around a little..
if this still doesn't help you,, please post a full crash log,, and PLEASE use the spoilers for those crash logs..
and by the way i now have 138 mods working together,,, yes you saw that right 138 mods...
wouldnt it be nice if mods were automatically updated by a code in minecraft that pointed to the changes required for the mod to be updated? what if we could write a code that would do that?? would you want it to be part of the minecraft main release??
ok, i figured out what was the problem and i have got this to work with my 116 mods,,, i now have 117 working mods,,, yay!!
The problem ended up being the block id for wood one,,, i guess id resolver cant fix that block id on its own,, after talking with a few of my colleges about this problem i/we realised that it was calling the same block id as the vanilla block.class... so it could not be automaticially fixed by id resolver,,,, this is what i did to fix it... I manuially edited the config file for jammy furniture...
here is a copy of my edited jammyfurniture config file that works...
# Configuration file
# Generated on 11/23/12 7:13 PM
The " wood_one.id{ block=200 } " was the problem and i changed it to " wood_one.id{ block=3200} " as you can see if you look at the spoiler i also changed all of the 200 series id's to 3200 series to prevent any other conflicts of this sort..
I hope this helps those having this error...
Jeremiah Raab
NOTE: with this config file and forge you can expect this mod to be compatible with all of the mods in the list i posted earlier,, witch as far as i know is pretty much all of the mods available for 1.4.5 as of now.still waiting for red power though.
happy modding!!
after using your modded config file and deleting id resolvers known ids i was finally able to use this mod for the first time ever, thank you mr bullfrog, saved me from a ton of headaches and cursing lol
wouldnt it be nice if mods were automatically updated by a code in minecraft that pointed to the changes required for the mod to be updated? what if we could write a code that would do that?? would you want it to be part of the minecraft main release??
i was trying to upload a full list of id #'s that i am currently using and the list was to much for the forum apparently,, because it completely broke the spoilers and clipped off most of the post,,, hmm i might be able to post it differently.. maybe..
if you need to know what all of my id#'s are i will have to email that list to you... because i don't want to go through the hassle of cutting the list into separate posts..

Updated to 4.1, should fix the clock middle bug. Sorry for the delay.
thank you Jammy,,
question???
can we get a mcmod.info file???
not that it is very important, but it would be nice to see one,, in the mod list if you click on the mod Jammy furniture it doesn't point to this thread or any of your information,, it says that we are suppose to ask you for a mcmod.info file...
sorry for the question, i would just like to see it in there.. i tried to use the old one and update it butt it still wouldn't show in the mod list

you should try to fix the shift-click crash (when i try to shift-click to move something into or out of a jammy's container (like freezer) the game crashes)
Hi, I was hoping someone could give me a clear answer here. I've skimmed through this thread and to start I have minecraft 1.4.5 and have mcpatcher and Modloader. I've attempted adding forge and taking away modloader (everything through mcpatcher otherwise it screws up) I really want this mod because I love putting pretty stuff into my house. I can't get this mod to show up in my game at all. It says it installed correctly, it doesn't crash or anything it just doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it? Or have any help to give me? It's really frustrating haha... I think this mod is totally sweet. Please and thank you =]

yes it does,, i finally got this crash after trying to duplicate it for a couple of days...
what i found is to NOT shift + click,, but rather to just simply right click..
yup it is that simple,,, i right click and it works fine,, if i shift + left click then crash..
stack overflow,, it only crashes in this way for me when the game is loading something and i try to shift + left click,, as in a song starting when i am doing it.. otherwise it works fine
and i am still using v4.0,, not the new 4.1
we should all download the new 4.1 posted earlier today and see if the shift + left click is still crashing with it..

The cooker is not working for me. I put in coal, and some iron in both slots but it didn't start cooking. This is on singleplayer.
i just went into my game and tried to cook with the cooker and it appears that it is only for food,, i put coal in the left slot and raw chicken in the other two and it worked for me.. cooked that chicken right up.

if it is installed correctly and did not generate a crash then i would recommend not enough items,,, did you start a test world in creative mode to see if the items show up in the creative decorations tab?
wouldnt it be nice if mods were automatically updated by a code in minecraft that pointed to the changes required for the mod to be updated? what if we could write a code that would do that?? would you want it to be part of the minecraft main release??
i just went into my world and built a clock and clicked into the center without any problems,,, i am sure your problem is a id conflict,, the guy i helped earlier today had a similar crash report and it was because he had his id resolver priorities set wrong, the jammy furniture id resolver priority needs to be 1 not 0 and the id in the jammy furniture config file is also set wrong,, the wood-one block id is set to 200 from the default and the error you posted points to that block,, there are a lot of ids in the config file set in the 200 range and i set all of them to a higher number in mine,, as in 3200 for wood-one block id... also the java 96 error is a priority conflict,, so as i have mine set with buildcraft and jammy furniture to 1 and the rest to 0 and mine works great.(1 is higher in priority than 0) the jammy furniture mod needs to be loaded before the others you might have, similarly to how buildcraft needs to be.
again i would suggest you look a page or to back at my posts on this subject,, i posted copies of my config files as they are now and i went into detail as to how to fix this..
I modified the IDs in high numbers like you mentioned. Everything is fine. (except the mob heads being all gray) How do you modify the priority? It's not in the config file.
Never mind, it's fixed. But still, the mob heads. It's still all gray. DX
I have a small suggestion for you. You could maybe put the animal heads on plaques so that it isn't just a decapitated head or something on the wall. It would be more of a taxsidermy(I think this was misspelled) type thing.
error logs in spoilers would help,,,,
it is either a id issue that is conflicting with some other id or it is a priority issue,, if you don't want to use id resolver for the priority issue than you will have to install the jammy furniture early in the mods setup (whatever yours is).

--- END ERROR REPORT a47962e7 ----------
I think it doesn't smelt because in real life thats what a furnace is for.
(sorry for bad Eng. I'm from Sweden)
yes it does,, i finally got this crash after trying to duplicate it for a couple of days...
what i found is to NOT shift + click,, but rather to just simply right click..
yup it is that simple,,, i right click and it works fine,, if i shift + left click then crash..
stack overflow,, it only crashes in this way for me when the game is loading something and i try to shift + left click,, as in a song starting when i am doing it.. otherwise it works fine
and i am still using v4.0,, not the new 4.1
we should all download the new 4.1 posted earlier today and see if the shift + left click is still crashing with it..
i just went into my game and tried to cook with the cooker and it appears that it is only for food,, i put coal in the left slot and raw chicken in the other two and it worked for me.. cooked that chicken right up.
if it is installed correctly and did not generate a crash then i would recommend not enough items,,, did you start a test world in creative mode to see if the items show up in the creative decorations tab?
I modified the IDs in high numbers like you mentioned. Everything is fine. (except the mob heads being all gray)
How do you modify the priority? It's not in the config file.Never mind, it's fixed. But still, the mob heads. It's still all gray. DX
