I'm not sure if you packed it wrong, or if it's just some effed up block ID's
You said none of the block ID's went over 700. I took a look.

Until Jeb doesn't screw up for once and makes a competent 4096 ID system, no block ID should ever go above 255 by default. If it was generated that way, do what Jammy should have done and fix the values.

I tried, but I cant find enough space to fit.
is it possible I could just use one ID, and just have different values for each one? kind of like how theres four different values for the same block, Wood?

Aye, if it were only that easy. Blocks that use the same ID (a.k.a. 'metadata blocks') need to be programmed beforehand to work that way. These blocks don't use metadata.
Ok I get this error and it crashes our server every time we try to open any of the blocks from your mod (such as cuboards or washing machines) anything that opens like a chest.
We love having your mod on our server and would like to fix it.

When I try to craft a "Right part (sofa)", it crafts a Left. When I try to craft a left, it does the job nicely and crafts a left.
When I try to craft a "Sofa Corner", it crafts a Sofa Middle, and when I craft a Middle, it crafts correctly.
So far (no pun intended), I've only crafted sofa's. Don't know if others are messed up like this. I've manually edited the blocks ID so it doesn't conflict with other of my mods. Here's the config:

To anyone experiencing problems with block ID's. They are all fine my end so I'm afraid its something you've done. If its not working try deleting JammyFurnitureMod.cfg in the config folder.
Well, I can't really say feature-wise yet because I haven't added much. However from the next version there will be only one version available. Forge only client and forge only server, this is to stop the confusion with recipes and other features. At the moment I have three different versions to update and add features too. This is the reason why some recipes are messed up on one version but not the other. It should allow me to complete updates quicker and also add more things because I'm only using one version.
There needs to be a lite version of the Furniture Mod.... I wont give up Computercraft, powercraft, tf2 sentrys, floodgate control, rail craft or light sensor. No matter what I try Jammys Mod has too many ID conflicts. ALL furniture mods do this. I think picking the best (i.e. the toilet the sink the table and the chair maybe a couple others would be nice for those of us that want all of the do stuff mods but would also like a little furniture.

I will tell you what, I have an idea. I'm going to try and make it so if you put the ID to 0 it will not load the block, meaning you can pic exactly what you want. Not 100% sure if this is possible but I'm going to give it a go!

I'm hearing of a 1.2.5 Block ID fix to make ID's able to go up to 4096. What of this?
If you're willing to risk it, be my guest. I can't guarantee any good outcome using them though.
We love having your mod on our server and would like to fix it.

Minecraft 1.2.4 SMP
I placed the downloaded .zip file (forge version) in the mods folder, is that right?
The other mods I have are Optifine (Smooth), MAtmos, Somnia, and of course modloader and forge. All for 1.2.5.
I tried it in Creative only, by the way. The game crashes with "Saving world" and then to a black screen. No error messsage.
EDIT: Occurs in Survival mode too.
My YouTube Channel - vingamer0723! Like Platformers?
Forge is broken, I think.
