Hey, One of the mods I use is Better Dungeons, and the only problem I've had with it, is that whenever I get the necromancer achievement(added by said mod), the next time I start up minecraft, my stats folder is reset. One of the posters over there recommended this mod, so I gave it a try, but it hasn't solved the problem. The poster said this mod fixed the problem for him, so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong(I doubt it, I've installed and removed more mods than I care to count), but I could have missed something.
I'm running 1.2.5, and I installed this mod through Magic Launcher.
Any ideas or answers on how I might solve this problem?

Make sure that you downloaded the 1.2.5 version. Also, has MC been crashing? I noticed that under certain circumstances that if MC crashed that it would seem to erase all my stats no matter what.

Yeah, I'm certain it's 1.2.5. That's the version MC was on when I bought my account. And I've made certain not to update, because some of the mods I use haven't been updated to a higher version as of yet.
MC hasn't been crashing on me. After I get the achievement, the game continues to play just fine, and all my stats are still there, but after I've fully exited out of MC, as soon as I run it the next time, all the stats are reset.
I've even tried making copies of the stats folder with and without the necro achievement(So I don't have to keep regetting most of them), and if I replace the new fresh stats folder MC made, with the copy that included said achievement, it still reverts to a fresh stats folder.
Now that I think about it, the necro achievement is actually the 1st achievement you can get that's added by the Better dungeons mod. I bet that probably has something to do with it. I'll mention that in the BD topic.
That is strange. If you don't change anything, Minecraft shouldn't reset your statistics at all.
Check the log. If it says "CHECKSUM MISMATCH" and then "Checksum mismatch ignored", there is some problem with the mod. If it does not, your setup is wrong. I will try this myself if needed

Problem Solved! Turns out Magic Launcher and Forge weren't actually loading the mod as I thought they were. So I loaded it manually, and it works! Yay! Thanks!
Hmm, well It didn't keep the necro achievement, but at least I don't have to manually backup my stats now.
incredible! now i don't have to cheat to get all my achievements back! only thing i could ask is that you add a way to separate achievements for a new build. like a config you set to true and it backs them up with a name you put in the config, resets to false after each backup. i know that may be hard, so i am NOT asking you (or telling or w/e) to do it.
PS:
i found this mod through a link in the forge forums http://minecraftforg...pic,1120.0.html

it was close to the top of the general discussion page actually..... great free advertising! expect a few more visitors.
Speaking of a few more visitors, I came from that same page! Great mod! Perfect for use with MultiMC. I was getting really annoyed at the "Taking Inventory" achievement every time I started my world. I actually was thinking the same thing as bonesters, and was going to comment on it. But, he beat me to it. Great minds think alike! I don't mind achievements carrying over too much, but there is a certain satisfaction when you get an achievement that I will miss with this mod. It would make this already handy mod absolutely perfect if each individual build had its own achievement record. Great job with this, and I hope you get more support.

I just don't get it why is this not getting popularity. Maybe most MC player don't care about Achievements/Stats.
