Hey Annyisa I have some ideas that you might like and might not like . Anyway's my ideas are for a Brazil nut tree and a Jackfruit tree which oddly enough the jackfruit has the same texture as the horse apple tree from one of my earlier post.I hope you enjoy reading this, and plz fix Master_Hill's_ invisible strawberry problem.
Thank you to the EBXL team for looking into this. I wouldn't worry about it, but having unbreakable plants running amock in our worlds isn't too desirable...
I am still waiting to hear back from Allaryin. He is probably very busy at work again. I hate to pull Shecky off the work he is doing on 1.7 to look at it, but if we haven't heard from Allaryin by the end of the weekend, I'll ask him to take a look.

Yes, I like both of those. I am hoping that most of FN trees will be in the first 1.7 version. And then we can start look at adding other types of trees. =)

Oooh, tough call there...while I would like to have that strawberry problem fixed, I certainly don't want to take away from you guys getting your mod ported to 1.7...let's hope you hear back from Allaryin before too much longer.
Do you still have plans to add a terrain generator as well as add desert, forest, rocky, mountainous and ocean biomes as well as improve rivers and different costal and ocean features?

Yes. As well as update all our existing biomes and many other new things plus the add ons that we will be doing and adding our own villagers and buildings to the NPC villages.
I am using v3.15.7, and the only issue seems to arise with Strawberries. Everything else works perfectly when disabled, but Strawberry plants seem to become a world-locking block when disabled. Setting their ID back to what it initially was fixes the issue, but it's rather annoying to have invisible blocks sitting around in your world preventing you from building above a given y-coordinate.
Ok, Allaryin is back now. As I suspected he has been working way to many hours at work, 70 last week alone. While I know that having to dig under them to remove them is a bug and a pain, does that work or does it leave an invisible block? Also, could you post a log with the crash that happens when you set the ID to 0 as that should work, according to him.

The problem is, it doesn't crash. The blocks just become invisible, and invulnerable, and prevent building anywhere but at sea level, where they spawn. Breaking the block beneath them works if they are visible and have a block ID, but setting their ID to 0 causes the world to essentially lock up, with the situation I described above. Hopefully this isn't too difficult to fix. I certainly don't want to put too much stress on someone who's recently had a 70 hour work week...
For now, I've just elected to use CustomOreGen to replace Strawberries with Air at the time of generation, if I can get the mod to work as intended. I haven't actually tried it yet, as configuring it requires an extensive read through a separate page describing possible methods and such.

There is always a log generated as soon as you click play and the world starts to generate. The log we'd like you to post is the Forge 0 log. We need to see that to try to determine what is going on with the plant.

Ah, gotcha. Most modmakers don't like it when I post the dev log or Forge.0 logs on their threads, so I've just taken to assuming that they mean the crash log from whatever occurred. I'll get right on that then.

Odd, I can't imagine why when that is the one that has the most and best information. It's the one we actually always ask for although it does require you to post it to pastebin first.

Just to be clear, posting the error log directly in the thread in not recomended, rather posting a link to the log, either on something like pastebin, or a shared file on dropbox or google drive or similar file sharing service is the best method. It allows us to see what is happening most of the time without putting walls of text in the forum.
Yes, I realize this. Nothing annoys me more than to find that the entire remainder of a page has been consumed by someone's crash log or the like. As to Annysia's comment on the Forge.0 logs, I think it may be that they don't want to read through all of that text.
Here's the link for the Forge.0 having only EBXL and the Strawberry ID set to 0. I noted something in there that it is adding "Custom Crop," "Custom Food," and "Custom Seed" instances with IDs that are not present in the config, even though other disabled features don't seem to be doing this. Perhaps that's the source of the issue? https://www.dropbox.com/s/y0bpjrkfp9amj7a/ForgeModLoader-client-0.log
Hopefully this clears something up. I wasn't actually able to find anythign peculiar other than the "Custom Item" references I mentioned.

Did you by chance disable anything of EBXL's in the config? Also, would you please post your config file and your Forge 0 log?
Yes I did, a number of Biomes and Cautia. Have reverted back to 3.15.5 and now still getting same crash with that version too, so I would tend to agree its a config problem.

Would you try turning Cautia back to true and see if it still crashes? The only thing that turning Cautia off changes is quicksand, which if you want that disabled you can set the ID for it to 0.
But I've always had Cautia turned off since quicksand was introduced? It worked fine before under 3.15.5 - yet now doesn't under the same version?
I will give it a try though.
EDIT - Nope, same crash as before - on 3.15.5 and 3.15.7 world opened briefly for about 30 seconds and then _

Hopefully this clears something up. I wasn't actually able to find anythign peculiar other than the "Custom Item" references I mentioned.
Did you by chance disable anything of EBXL's in the config? Also, would you please post your config file and your Forge 0 log?
Would you try turning Cautia back to true and see if it still crashes? The only thing that turning Cautia off changes is quicksand, which if you want that disabled you can set the ID for it to 0.
Thanks for checking that out though. I will have Shecky take a look at this as soon as he has time at work. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the config as we are running it on a server just fine. One of us will get back to you. =)
Yes, it's very strange. But I'm sure Shecky will be able to figure out what's going on....he's good at problem solving.
Thanks to you
