It looks amazing! Though, one thing to note, since the snow is also low on the mountains, I think the surrounding area's should also be covered in snow(blocks?), otherwise it looks out of place.
It is a fact that it snows on the mountain peaks while leaving the lower areas without snow.
Landscape looks awesome, is that part of the gold world type? Are there any more screenshots of rainforest then? You should try to get some mountain top lakes and extreme watrefalls going!
Mountain top lakes is probably the best idea but what about plateau's Highland areas that are mostly flat but as high as the mountains? Dunno if that will work aSWELL THOUGH, BUT IT COULD WITH SOME RAINFOREST ONTOP (didn't mean the capitals)
The mod is great
Hey, the screenshot of the Alpha world generator have blocks with the colours of Minecraft Alpha, but when i'm playing it, it have the default colours. Is that normal?
are you using a texturepack and/or are you playing on a server?
I was wondering if I could use an earlier version of forge, because 4096 IDs has not updated for the newest versions. And for some odd reason the built in forge version is not working.

I'm not a fan of that style of pine tree... I like most of the trees from the Big Trees mod. Sadly it conflicts with some other mods I use. The terrain itself is awesome.
wow this look awesome ima download this hey have any idea if this helps generate better flatlands like without 3 deep dirt and with ores?hey can you help me with my mod? i need generation help like my own custom generations

The addition of Large Biomes worldtype is nifty. I like when mods implement things seen in Minecraft pre-releases so that you can have nifty features that are up-and-coming without sacrificing all of your mods (and sometimes your texture packs!).
BUT.
Will we be seeing a Large Beta Biomes ("LargeBeta") worldtype? Because that would be awesome.
The only way that could possibly be more awesome is if we could combine Large Biomes with Beta Generation and the (sadly outdated due to technical difficulties) MapHeight 256 mod. Because then we would get Beta generation (my personal favorite thus far), large biomes (which, in my opinion, is awesome), and we could dig further down and build farther up and find more concentrated ores per chunk. Genius!
