Running a 16k x 16k map to test results of RWG its all a work in progress. I use mo'creatures as well and will most likely work on the configs myself and share when done, it will be a lengthily process and will require testing as to avoid breaking the original spawns.

Invisible textures is probably due to your texture pack. I personally have no issue with the BoP textures with the default texture pack.
I love the way the mod is turning out. It ill also go great when I add areas from World Painter, people just have to remember that this is alpha and the mods that say they are compatible may not be fully up to compatibility at anytime due to this mod being in constant change. When it hits beta phase it will be more stable (hopefully) with the other mods.

I have used JSTR, Conquest and others and they all seem to do the same but thi sis alpha and I am playing around with diff tex packs, the ones I have do not even have mahogany wood in them but it still shows up, weird. Will keep playing with the packs. Default will never work for me Conquest is all I use now. Seems it is Forestry compatability that is causing issues here on trees.
For those looking at configs yes the ocean biome is in there but it evidently is not set in the world gen info yet so sit back and hold on or you may drown when it becomes implemented.
Found my tree issue, it was not a texture pack as most thought it was Forestry mod. Forestry adds many trees and blocks to match them, awesome mod too. Not totally compatible with RWG yet but in works so I was told.
Re-applied Biomes O Plenty and wow, the biomes went wild in just a 1k x 1k area. BoP and RWG together make an awesome world. Still expanding to 16k to see how things work.
Tunnels and mines are looking perfect as far as I have seen. When oceans get implemented I will re-gen the world and see what happens there.
I will also be trying diff mods to see how they mess with the generation of the world, any suggestions as to mods to try please pm me.
realistic, this is the greatest world gen ever! tough to wait for the oceans so i can use it. i'd love to piece some of the highlands biomes into it, with this smooth realistic generator.
Amazing mod and how it works with others is great. I prefer using better dungeons with this instead of regular world generation because oddly enough that spawns seem to be smoother (In most cases). Could you consider making Kingdoms of The Overworld compatible? That would just be amazing!
I much prefer ad.fly, it allows me to contribute SOMETHING when I otherwise couldn't. (Not much, admittedly, but it's something)
The major problem IMO with adf.ly is that it often just doesn't work, period. There are mods I have never even been able to try out because the only download is on adf.ly and adf.ly for that mod simply refuses to work. And really, what tiny fraction of a cent does adf.ly pay per download/view? A lot less than adf.ly charges for the ads, I'll bet.
I don't see adf.ly as paying Minecraft mod creators; I see it as exploiting them. But I admit to a pre-existing prejudice to regard advertisers and marketers by default as lying weasels.

Mobs from Animals Plus dont spawn in RWG. Fix it, please.
You have to edit the config.
I have some suggestions for Realistic World Generator, because in my opinion current map generation somewhere ugly.
1. Sand beaches on biome borders
2. More plains (50% of map, but configurable)
3. Less mesa
4. Less boulders and shrubs, no boulders on ice and water
5. Jungle, Mushroom and some Swampland biomes
6. Mo' Villages mod compatibility
7. Too many clay underwater (100% by default, for example :))
8. Plains on 65-80 altitude, not abover
9. More structures, such as ice spikes
Bugs:
1. Sandstone villages generating not in deserts (you can see it on South of map)
2. Cross-like boulders (screenshot)

Also, generator use vanilla cobble instead of UBC's, when it's installed.
