Because Forge Multipart is broken. ChickenBones is fixing it.
I don't care that "It's Forge Multipart"'s fault. I really don't. I have to mess around with the config file for THIS mod.
Just so you know, I'm forced to have to release a patch update for my server/modpack because of this bug.~
Edit: It would have been significantly less irritating, if it was a server side only thing, so that I didn't have to ask all of my users, again, to download another 200mb~ file and wait half an hour for most of them to be able to get back on the game.

Sorry, but I can't do anything about it. I'm not taking responsibility, because I've done enough to test the feature including testing in a large modpack, which unfortunately didn't have FMP. There are over 900 tracked mods for 1.7.10 and thousands of other ones, it's impossible to even put these in one MC. Welcome to modding, conflicts happen a lot (and it's not the first time FMP broke for the same reason this bug happened).
Yes, that's the same error as the missing microblock one. Apparently FMP either kicks the player out or just crashes, but the crash doesn't point to any mod so it might be a delayed packet getting broken because the player was kicked out and now it doesn't know where to go.
This is the worst day to test out a new mod. I just installed this and thought something was wrong until I searched it up and discovered the April fools joke. I'm so glad I didn't uninstall it.

Another update out, and this one brings IMC messages into the mod! These are normally used for inter-mod interactions, but there is a new configuration option which lets you write these messages and have them run automatically! You can read all about this on http://hee-api.chylex.com/.
I also added text links in the Ender Compendium for easier navigation + an option to disable vanilla music delay, improved the /heeadmin command, Experience Table, fixed a couple bugs... you can check out the full changelog in the main post as always.
There are two more major features coming, the Ender Causatum and Insidious Sanctuary. You can occasionally get hints about them on my Twitter, unfortunately these didn't fully make it into the update and will take a bit longer to finish.
Anyways, that's all I wanted to say, hope you enjoy the update!
There is this bug that is always in here that bothers me abit and realize that it is this mod that causes this and THAT PROBLEM IS....
When i walk or run/walk in server or in singleplayer my body just either a split moment of stopping like some wall i encountered or just stops my sprinting. I tested this with an effect with speed and it get's even worse... Is this bug known?

What computer do you have? Nobody has ever complained about this, I think your PC cannot handle mods...

It's redundant and doesn't provide any benefits. It will be replaced by something similar, but better.

If you get a microblock error when joining a server, set hardcoreEnderbacon in the config file to 2, and look for an update of Forge Multipart which will come out tonight. Well you didn't provide any useful information whatsoever... the mod works here, I'm running it just fine, can't replicate the issue.

The solution to editing the file works 50% of the time. I am again dead in the water, Whole day of streaming lost
Does your launcher reset/redownload the config or something? So far people have confirmed just changing the config worked without any further issues.
