He's compatible,i have tried but just a little bug the bolt of the crossbow 2 mod doesn't appear when i install this mod but all the others mods works correctly and this mod works too,when i shoot the ender crystal, 8 tnts spawns
That's quite surprising, although I'm sure any network interaction won't work (if you decided to have a SMP version of the modpack), any sound mods won't work either and also the dragon class itself collides with forge as well, idk what they changed though. The HED isn't just endercrystals shooting out TNT, try testing the whole mod - especially the dragon, since both mods use the dragon class.
Yea, 5 classes collide with forge so they're not compatible and HED doesn't work with forge then. So Malygos, you can't use the mod with forge because it'll break but I'm thinking of changing the next version of HED so it would be compatible, because obviously as everybody can guess, doing patches isn't something I'm... thrilled about
For 1.5 update, I'm gonna try to get native support with Forge, there aren't too many incompatible files so I'm just gonna compare the files and try to make it work both in vanilla, and with Forge. I know everybody's been requesting Forge compatibility and I haven't done it, so instead of more failed promises I'm gonna try to get it working natively but keep it vanilla.
I did several workarounds that lowered the amount of changed base classes to 8, and simplified as many as I could. Unfortunately there won't be a native Forge support, but it's going to be much, much easier to create forge fixes, it'll take just a few lines of code which is going to speed it up a lot :D.
No, but I'm working on making whole Minecraft hardcore, it'll be a relatively huge project and I can't tell you much about it right now, but it won't be a regular mod like this, it'll be something completely different, perhaps even revolutionary .
