So new version is up! :smile.gif: I submitted a poll about what you want me to add to the next release and most of you voted for new mazes, so here it comes - underground mazes! Rare, located under the largest of the surface mazes filled with more threats that their surface little brothers. They are also in most cases larger that the surface ones. The second request was bigger mazes, so I made all of them slightly bigger. Now I plan to add new chests and traps exclusive for the underground mazes. But if you want me to add something different, just keep voting and posting your comments! :smile.gif:
Another update is here. The maze generation problem that was caused by Wolf Spawners is now fixed. Also I improved maze spawning condition, so they shouldn't spawn over each other (still can happen, but should be very very rare). Also I should point out that the problem with generation was there since release, so everyone should download latest fixed version.
In the next update, I plan to add new trap! I already have the design, I just have to code it :tongue.gif:
The loot should be much more valuable, such as diamonds
New 0.94 version is up. The loot in the maze has been changed a little, but it is still nothing valuble, as it is easy to get there, but the loot in underground mazes is more valuable now :smile.gif:

Well, you would have to build house in front of one, or you can build it :smile.gif: You can obtain the blocks (bush) by using shears (it still takes the same time however). I don't think many people know this.
this mod is very fun to play around with, i enjoyed the new mazes a lot and the loot wasn't that bad.
However, if i may make 2 suggestions, one of them could possibly be that there are special dungeons with trees generated in them, the trees make a canopy that prevents sunlight from reaching the maze. This would enable monsters such as skeletons and zombies to be included in the maze, while also adding a very cool atmosphere. Also, maybe make a special type of mob that spawns only in mazes. The wolves were challenging but i felt like a maze needed a new, special type of mob in it for extra effect. Maybe giant bees or a hedge monster?
overall this mod is awesome and you should continue to expand it. I can do skins if you want some help.

I'm in agreement with adamdude23, would like to be able to change the block IDs used,
conflicts with millenaire's defaults
and while I could change the block IDs used by millenaire I already have worlds with quite abit of millenaire generated content.

This would enable monsters such as skeletons and zombies to be included in the maze, while also adding a very cool atmosphere. Also, maybe make a special type of mob that spawns only in mazes. The wolves were challenging but i felt like a maze needed a new, special type of mob in it for extra effect. Maybe giant bees or a hedge monster?

The new mob sounds interesting, but I am not sure if other people want me to add new monster. Also, I would have to learn how to create new mob :biggrin.gif: But I may consider it :smile.gif:

I think it is compatible with ID resolver, so try to use it :smile.gif: If it is important to you to change the ID, I can upload vesion with other ID's :smile.gif:
You should make this super rare like 15 or lower chance of finding a tree maze which is in jungle or forest biomedical and it has multiple levels which can be good and bad cause I can drop them down a level if they hit a tarp but bad cause you can't fit a lava or tnt trap unless you make the levels fairly distant from each other

Well, I am not sure I understand you correctly. The maze depends on surface (grass), they do not depend on biome, I don't even know if it is possible. Also, you can find underground mazes under big surface mazes. I considered to make multifloor underground mazes, but I am not sure, that is up to all people here, so if more people ask in comments, I would add multifloor underground mazes
This looks like a great mod and I want to download it but I make maps ------> http://www.minecraft...minecraft-110/. Will this mess up on other's computers who don't have the mod or will it just remove the blocks?
Thanks! The surface mazes (bush blocks) would disappear, wolfspawners and gravel pressure plates either. Gravel roads, chests, traps(without pressure plates), underground mazes and creature spawners in underground mazes would stay.
Also I could change it so the surface mazes are made out of anything else (stone for example), change gravel pressure plates to stone ones and wolfspawner to normal mobspawners, so it would work copletely without my mod

The multifloor is quite simple to add due to how I coded it, but I am not so skilled to make it multiworld But it would be cool
