I have tried this mod multiple times, and every time it does not work. None of the commands register, instead Minecraft tells me they are invalid. I'm pretty sure that I installed correctly, and I don't crash or anything. the commands simply do nothing. I'm using 12w26a. Any help would be great
I will research that command in second ... will edit this post for results
EDIT : It seems the commands is bugged because use of it is like this :
/c /spawner [mob name] poining at the spawner
but it gives that something goes wrong
Oh and i will make little list of what i found bugged :
Spawner commands doesn't work.
In multiplayer wand is bugged and always make points by walking
/setbiome gives a java.lang.NullPointerException: null ; error
World Edit support was based off the World Edit Plugin included with Single Player Commands -
as far as I know /setbiome does not work in that either. I'm working on a fix.
When using Spawner commands, you have to capitalize the mob names, e.g. Creeper
Any reason why WorldEdits //setbiome command does not work? Also is there a way to set custom bounding boxes for structures?
There is not yet a way to set custom bounding boxes for structures.
I was working on that a while back - it doesn't work properly,
for example villages would have missing rooves, etc.
I've noticed that using the "/brush smooth" tool is very unstable. Each time I use it, I get a crash. I'm trying to smooth some hills made of sand, that could be why it's crashing. As sand is a physics-susceptible block.
Additionally, it would seem that "/brush sphere" is also almost equally unreliable, it too is rather buggy. But, it's to be expected for a snapshot version of a mod for a snapshot version of Minecraft. Minecraft snapshots I imagine are already unstable.
Using the path command can cause the game to crash as well.
It's caused by the server not properly keeping up.
Is the WorldEdit plugin ever going to be stable? Or do you just include it's compatibility without helping or effecting stability?
It's nearly impossible to actually do anything.
I tried to make it work as well as I could.
If you are getting crash logs, please PM them to me.
The WorldEdit plugin for SinglePlayerCommands wasn't entirely stable in the first place.
Just saying, this mod looks really neat, nice work by the way, I installed it and it is terrific! (P.S, many people love it, and nearly every minecraft player I know recommends it! Nice Work!!!
If WorldEdit isn't working,
make sure WorldEdit.jar is in .minecraft/bin
To get help for WolrdEdit commands,
type /c ///help
Note that all WorldEdit commands require an additional /
for example, the wand command is /c ///wand
If the wooden axe doesn't show up in your inventory, try using /c /kill
(NOTE: put your items in a chest first) and then it should work fine.
Check if the WorldEdit plugin is loaded by typing /c /plugin list
If it isn't, trying re-installing Console.
can someone please tell me where to find the latest version of worldedit? I usually get it with SPC so I really dunno where to find the worldedit.jar itself...
Edit: ok I'm a little dumb... found it in the first page...
Edit2: seems like it doesn't want to work... the worldedit class have to be patched after or before the console one in the minecraft.jar? and anyways I can't seem to make it work regardless the patching order in /c /plugin list there's WorldEditGUI but not WorldEdit

I don't use PlayerAPI myself,
what mod(s) are you using that require it?
I was wondering, could you modify this where the commands do not require /c and then an additional /? Ex.: a command currently would go from this: /c /sethome to /sethome. This would be somewhat time saving, as World Edit commands require a total of four / ex. /c ///hpos1. Otherwise a very useful modification that enables additional commands for weekly snapshots or non-supported versions of Single Player Commands.

This would be somewhat difficult, but I'll see what I can do.
Spawned a pyramid. Didn't see it at first. Then by coincidence I looked up, lo and behold there it was. Very very high up in the sky. Is there a way to get it down. Like shooting it or something. No really, can I give some command to keep it on the ground?
Unfortunately, pyramids are spawned using the code built into Minecraft.
That means if it doesn't work properly, I can't fix it.
The game automatically determines the height at which to place it.
I've got exactly the same problem, I installed the mod as instructed (plus I'm no fool and have installed a ****-ton of mods before), but I can't get WorldEdit to work, no matter what...
It's a shame really, because Single Player Console has come a long way since the beginning, and I was so enthusiastic when I saw that it supported WorldEdit once again
I can't really figure out what's wrong -
I've tested it multiple times and encountered no issues.
I'm guessing you meant one of those to be "Stronghold" instead of repeating "Mineshaft" twice.
list of what is bugged, not i found...

As for the wand, I haven't encountered that bug.

I've tried, but it doesn't seem to work.
It doesn't work the same way as the other structures, so I would need to add a new command.
I miss XCommands...
The latest version adds WorldEdit support.
Simply download and install.
