Overpowered but not as overpowered as the Healing Block!
The main problem with these mods is that they give too much with little to no drawback!
In this case, once you have a few of these, you will never have to worry about Blaze Rods ever again!
All you have to do is make a room around a Blaze Spawner and you are set for life!
It's also an easy way for experience!
At the very least, you should make these give less than 8 blocks(either way, you use only two blocks in your recipe)!
At the very best, these blocks need to run on some kind of fuel!
Composter mod:
Aaaaa...this is what I'm talking about!
This is a good example of a good and balanced mod that adds new things and uses for existing items without taking away from Minecraft and while having some kind of decent drawback!
And I do have a request/idea for this mod!
Make it to so that we can use it with plants added from other mods!
Generally speaking, to use the plants from other mods as fuel and as targets for the fertilizer!
Now, I understand that you need suggestions...hhhmmmm....ok, how about this?
An invisibility potion(being able to walk around mobs without them being able to see you)!
Yes, I heard that one is coming in 1.4 but we are still in 1.3.2!
And to make it balanced, one of the materials could be Ghast's Tears!
Here's my feedback for your new mods! 1) Healing Block:
Straight out overpowered!
Next! 2) Resist Fire Block: Overpowered but not as overpowered as the Healing Block! The main problem with these mods is that they give too much with little to no drawback! 1) Well, thanks for the feedback, it is hard for me to effectively test a late game block such as the healing block, but I am not sure how I would fix it to make it better.
2) I could make them only give two, as that would make more sense, and they aren't that good against blazes, because the blaze can still hurt you it you run into them, but I see your point.
3) Thanks
4) Unfortunately, I don't think I can, as it works much like a furnace, so there is no way to classify items as a "plant" or not, so unless I made a separate version for each other mod, I don't think I could do it, But I might look into it anyways.
5) I am not exactly in need of ideas, I still need to get some mods (that I haven't released yet) up to date (Namely a pirate mod I am working on), but thanks for the imput, but I don't think I will have time for this, and I think that 1.4 is suppose to release by the end of October, and that is only like 20 days.
For the pumpkin juice idea, you should have two output slots.
One of course dispenses the juice.
The other dispenses the waste, aka, one seed.
Not as much as crafting the pumpkin into seeds, but it gives the juicer a more realistic effect as you have to clean it out now and again.

Well, I wasn't even going to make a "juicer" block (I was just going to have it as a recipe) But I guess I could, not even sure if I will make that mod anyways.

Just focus on the most famous plants mods!
If IC2 can make their macerator work with certain ores added from other mods, then I'm pretty sure you too can make your Composter work with certain plants!

Ok, but I think ores are done differently, but I may give it a shot, how do you think it would be best to get into contact with the maker of IC2?
1) I....have no freaking idea!XD
But you could just ask in the forum!
2) Btw, any chances for making this use forge?
1) Ah, how helpful
2) Um, very unlikely, if Mojang decides to scrap their API (or if I get a bunch of people who want forge) then I will probably start using forge, but otherwise I will try to wait for the eventual promised API
1 - ELETRIC FURNANCE
the same gui of the normal furnance but works with redstone (same as wood power) and redstone repeater (same as lava bucket power)

2 - LARGE CHEST
the same gui of the large chest but is one block. (more space in your house!!! )
Awesome mod dude!!! I made a review on the chicken casserole!! It would be awesome if you could have it up there.
Here is the link to the video I made:

Well, I am not sure I really like the idea of the electric furnace, but I will ask: How would it work? Would it just burn redstone instead of other things?
But, I do like the idea of a double chest, so I will likely try to make that... after I update to 1.4 which is suppose to come out very soon.
I like so much this idea, this large chest is a good tool to get more space in your house.
I need know the recipe of the large chest
Pls, give me a feedback about the recipe.
1.4 release tomorrow and i'm very happy to play composter and cobble chest on new minecraft. =D
(if risugami's modloader release)
I personally love your idea for the recipe, it makes sense, it makes it easy enough to craft (although, it might be better if it was slightly harder to craft), and I really like your texture

to be more harder to craft:
this style is slightly hard to craft.
but the texture need to be changed...
NEW TEXTURE:
front
side
bottom/top
In-gaming Preview:
(I can make textures for u. if you want a block/item texture, tell me )
Edit: i don't like this name: "Double chest" 'cause is a single block, not 2 blocks. the perfect name will be stone chest or compact large chest.
double chest mod compact your double chest into a single block, getting more space on your house.
to craft him you need 7 stones/cobble (pls koad, give me a feedback about the crafting (stone or cobblestone)) and a chest like this: or
when you open the chest will appears the container.png gui file.
clik here to see container.png
this block has a very simple block texture:

cobble texture:
large chest/stone chest block can be placed in side of an other chest or in side an other large chest/stone chest block.
large/stone chest work like old chest
('cause opening animation makes lag)

Well, that would kind-of work for a harder recipe, but I will be honest, I like the cobble texture a lot, so I think I will just make it use cobble, although, I might change the bottom middle block to something else (to make it harder to craft)... Not sure what though...
I have seen many food mods where people add f.e. a hamburger that restores hunger bar to its fullest which is of course overpowered!
I prefer such foods as these that this mod adds!
Simple and balanced!
Thanks, I did really try to make the foods good enough to use, but also bad enough that they wouldn't replace the other foods.
Everything now updated, please give feedback, and report any problems.
