I put it in to test it, i can get the game running, but i cannot find any of the new dungeons using creative mode or an x ray application I use to test these things. i foun some of the old dungeons, but no new ones. are these super rare or is it not working? if you have NEI or TMI installed, if you see a dim torch then it is working. they spawn about 1 every 500 chunks (16x16 area) they are quite rare. but i don't want them to be too common.

i skipped over it because i do not completely understand the question. i have never seen or used mystcraft. so i needed some time to look at it to figure out exactly what your asking. if you could enplane it in a different way (to someone that has no idea what mistcraft is) that would help. but yes i would be willing to try add other mod integration.

i skipped over it because i do not completely understand the question. i have never seen or used mystcraft. so i needed some time to look at it to figure out exactly what your asking. if you could enplane it in a different way (to someone that has no idea what mistcraft is) that would help. but yes i would be willing to try add other mod integration.
MystCraft is based off the game series Myst. Where you write books to will take you to a new "Ages" (Or in Minecraft's case, new dimensions). In MystCraft, the new dimension generation is based off of "Symbols", which control different aspects that are generated, such as Biome, Landscape, Time, and Structures (Strongholds/Mineshafts/Villages/Dungeons). What I was asking for is that. while having this mod installed when making a new "Age", there will be a chance for the age to generate "New Dungeons".

oh, ok. i have never played mist. still on my list of old games i need to play. so basically a place where they are very common. i think i could do that, but i would need to come up with a way to prevent them from spawning on top of each other. i don't know what it would take for XCompWiz, you would need to talk to him too, but i think i could do my part of it. also i think i should note that i have never 'integrated' mods together, so that would be new to me but i don't think it would be that hard.

no they do not spawn. if they did you would see this. the current dungeon type is sort of a maze. but not like what i want to do with the maze dungeons.
ok i wont update this mod if this new maze type with keys comes out cause it may conflict with some of my mods and the configs dont work when i change them >.< item ids that is rarity and others still work but not ids :/

it will be compatible with everything modloader is compatible for. it will find the first available block id.

no sorry i haven't been working on this much lately. i'm glad that someone is actually interested in it though! i have not been doing much programing lately. i played around with the mob AI, and made zombies go in a conga line. that was the only thing remotely worth saying. was quite funny.

they should alredy, they will just have the default amout of vines and spiderwebs. the only biomes they should not spawn in is the end and nether.
They do spawn in Biomes added by ExtraBiomesXL, I found on yesterday in a Ice Wasteland and another in a Redwood Forest (It was a nightmare! It was filled with Creepers!!! TwT)

i dont know much about Thaumcraft. but i will be making a config. its been too long without it. i just need to sit down and actually do it. if its just block IDs and damage values, you will be able to add them with the config. if its some other type of metadata, like enchanting, i dont know about that.
About adding dim torches to mineshafts, that should be easy. But I cant do it without modifying a class file. It will probably be an optional add on.

Um... Thaumcraft items do appear in the New Dungeon chest... I got a Shove of Renewal yesterday for a small Dungeon (didn't even have any spawners in it though...) and I found 3 chest in a Large Dungeon (so many Creepers T~T) that was filled Thaumcraft Artifacts.
