Announcing RedLogic, my WIP replacement for RP2 Wiring and Logic (and in future Control and Lighting).
The thread for RedLogic is here, and I won't be posting updates about it in this thread.

I also found the same problem that someone posted earlier, that when I added ids to the config, when trying to combine them it gave me an unnamed. I am not using mcpc either.

Read the error log before posting? Change the config for forestry for that item to something else, or change the saw item from immibis in the configs to something else.

How could I add Extra Utilities's transport pipes to Microblocks's config file? It seems to want me to go deep into that mod's jar file, and I have no idea where to start looking for anything.

I've tried to install Microblocks, but i just get a back screen!
Here's a list of my mods:
Better Furnaces, Barrels, Dustmod, Enderstorage, forestry, ironchest, HeadDrops, More Enchantments, Modular Powersuits, Mystcraft, Portal gun, ThaumCraft, BiblioCraft, BuildCraft, Thermal Expansion, Balkon's weapons, ChickenChunks, ComputerCraft

I have the immibis core in the mods folder and the microblocks mod in the coremods folder.

Pleez Halp.

Kids are and will always be kids, they won't bother reading anything most of the times, their favorite game crashed on them, they want it fixed now that's it, sorry to say that this way but its not hard to understand. But I totally agree that crash messages should be clearer for the users, the part with the slot and conflicting IDs shouldn't be burried down the whole error text, sometimes I even fail to realize I've got a conflict myself because the offending ID is well hidden in the error message. I understand that to help modders solve some crash, the other info is needed, but if the game could just tell the user what is the problem instead of showing a large text that is for most of them totally incomprehensible (me included here, I have nearly 0 knowledge in java)

Small update: I've figured out that the config file is actually much more friendly than I thought, and that's it's relatively easy to add new things to it. However, I found a problem: while that mod's transfer nodes seem to be working perfectly with these microblocks, the normal cables are ignoring it completely -- and apparently they don't have tile entities set to them, or at least I couldn't find any files related to pipes in EU's tile entities folder. Also, trying to add the class file that seems directly related to transfer nodes to the config causes a spammy crash whenever I place or look at a node, and the same goes for the BlockMultiBlock class, whatever it means (I saw a few multiblock mentions in the config, so I thought maybe that would work!).

So huh... now I'm completely stuck. Here's the lines I tried to add, in case anyone cares.

blockClass: extrautils.block.BlockTransferPipe # blockClass: extrautils.block.BlockTransferNode <- crashes, apparently not needed anyway # blockClass: extrautils.block.BlockMultiBlock <- crashes when looking at a pipe tileEntityClass: extrautils.tileentity.TileEntityTransferNode tileEntityClass: extrautils.tileentity.TileEntityTransferNodeEnergy # tileEntityClass: extrautils.tileentity.TileEntityTransferNodeInventory <- apparently unneeded as well tileEntityClass: extrautils.tileentity.TileEntityTransferNodeLiquid

Just a wild guess, mostly because I don't know anything about Java or how Immibis's Microblocks works: maybe the microblocks don't want to interact with those pipes because they want information about their tile entities first in order to work properly?

From the mod maker himself. So, is it impossible (at the moment) to hide blocks that have no tile entities with these microblocks?

Firstly, I want to say to immibis that I love the microblocks and I love that they interact with so many mods.

That being said, I am running into an issue with the microblock interaction with MFR rednet cable. I've cut some covers, cobble if it matters, but they will not sit in the same block space as the cable to cover my cable runs.

I did see previous post where someone else had this issue and mentioned that the blockClass and tileEntityClass for rednet had changed. I tried their "fix" but I still can't cover my rednet cables properly.

Here are the relevant lines from the microblock config:
blockClass: powercrystals.minefactoryreloaded.block.BlockRedstoneCable
blockClass: powercrystals.minefactoryreloaded.block.BlockRedNetCable
tileEntityClass: powercrystals.minefactoryreloaded.tile.TileRedstoneCable
tileEntityClass: powercrystals.minefactoryreloaded.tile.rednet.TileEntityRedNetCable

The first line of each was already in the config, I added the second lines. Yes, I did try turning it off and back on again but no joy in Mudville today.

Can anyone point me in the proper direction to get this interaction to work??

Is the hacksaw icon (in message #1) obsolete and was changed to smth prettier? If not - please change this ugly icon into something that suits bibliocraft tool racks better and doesn't look like MSpaint last minute doodles (smth more like RP handsaws - they look awesome both by themselves and on tool rack).

Hum, I found 2 bugs with microblocks:

* Smoth Lightining doesn't work ( this make them inefficient on traps or secret rooms ).
* Blast resistance is 0 to all microblocks ( including vanilla ones like obsidian ).

That's all, nothing important anyways!

This sounds like the exact same issue I am having. I've got ImmibisCore installed in the MODS folder (latest version of it) and the other Immibis mods are erroring out stating that they either can't find it or they are not getting the necessary ID / information from Core.
