First release of the mod and added double, triple, and quadruple pistons!

Ok I LOVE the idea of the mod yes, but do you know why it crashed for me??? I have SDK's Gun Mod, Mod Loader, Mod Loader MP, Zombe's Mod Pack, X-Ray, and TooManyItems. I was looking i the MorePistons.rar File, and you had no .class files that even might have conflicted with any mod. Unfortunately, I can't get an Error Report because when it crashes, I can't scroll down. ;( NOTE: I do NOT have a black screen and I am very familiar with mods so it should't be installation error. If you can help, it would be appreciated, but if not, I can just uninstall SDK's Gun mod, I don't mind.

Make sure its not a block id conflict, but I don't think SDK's gun mod contains any blocks. Rum minecraft from a batch file and tell me what the error says.
Hey i just got an idea!
Add a piston that would camouflage by Right clicking said piston then a gui would open and put a block on the Free space box thingy. example if you want the piston to look like a dirt block,right click on it then put the dirt block in the box thingy in the gui,then the piston would change texture to a dirt texture.. just like Risugami's Flood gate mod.or you could just open up a recipe to make it into a dirt block but still a piston. it's fine if you would not put this idea in the mod.. just trying to help :tongue.gif:

I sort of agree, keep the pistons simple. Adding GUI could over complicate things.
Anyone using this mod with little blocks mod? I have been playing for days then went to use the little blocks and found they've stopped working. They did work when I setup MC with these mods, but they've updated since I started. Don't know if its related to this mod or little blocks, so I'm asking if anyone else has the same prob?
I see your working on the mod adding more pistons and responding to ideas.
I also see that you keep saying you will make it SMP, But are you working on SMP? Can you give us a time frame of when you think SMP version will be out for us multi players to use. I can not wait to install this onto my server.

One small request.
I'm using Equivalent exchange (EqEx) by x3n0ph0b3 and there are certain blocks added by EqEx that cant be moved by pistons, such as the Energy Collector.
I don't know if its possible, but could you look into making an obsidian piston that has that extra pushing (and pulling) power so it can push (and pull) certain objects (like EqEx blocks) and vanilla ones such as Pumpkins etc.
If it's possible it would really help automate certain aspects of both Vanilla and EqEx Minecraft :smile.gif: (Automated pumpkin farms for example)

So based on the gravitational piston..When you fly and land on the piston again you'll get fall damage which is a problem D:,What about a sticky gravitational piston? I't prevents fall damage after flying.

DLed and +1ed it, won't be using it until it comes out for SMP though, as I don't play single-player. Really looking forward to this coming out in SMP! My friends and I run a challenging PvP server, so better pistons would definately be welcomed and come in handy.
Maybe you can do both.
