I see that your frustrated. So i'll give you this screenshot of the latest 1.6.4 builds.
(If this is not what you wanted, you can wait until the mod is done.)
That's pretty sweet, but just out of curiosity, do you have your own thread? I see your post count is low, so I'm assuming it's not on these forums if it exists. I like this mod, wanna keep track of the new developments.
You need to use minecraft 1.4.6 along with a forge version compatible with it
Ik that I just cant install forge below 1.5.0 because then my pc freezes and my recording stuff crashes when my pc doesn't freeze... and don't even get me started on MC *sigh* I really need an IT-Tech
(In regard to a mod that gives realistic animal genetics):
Would you really rather have bees that make diamonds and oil with magical genetic blocks?
... did I really ask that?

make some ores and energy generators to the other machines
and some armors and the ultimate armor with protection to goos
and some tools like a goo pickaxe
or swords infused with goos
and some armors made of some goos and that armors place goos where the armor walk
I think new ores would be cool and maybe a pickaxe/shovel or something where you have a random chance to get a goo piece 9 of them could create 1 goo of the color produced others being rarer than others.
aswell as a goo ore with could be VERY rare which like lapis or redstone would drop a random amount.

You are both rational and emotional. You value creation and discovery, and feel strongly about what I create. At best, you're innovative and intuitive. At worst, you're scattered and unpredictable.
Question, should I add more ores? Stuff like copper has been done to death but it's kind of necessary for what I have planned.
Yes and no.
If you add done to death ores (Copper, tin, etc. etc.) make them the Forge-universal-compatible ore thing. Like how Basic Components ores are compatible with IC2 machines.
P.S.
Can ya P.M. me when the alpha release is out?
P.P.S.
If you need a mod spotlight of your mod, I know someone. (And no, it isn't myself.)

I'm agreeing with Max5081 on the Ores thing. Or at least make them compatible with the Galacticraft ones. c;
I do like the fact that you're picking up the mod in place of stevensr11, although I'm slightly disappointed with the new textures, although I suppose it works out since they're call Goo, not Circuit-like Things. Will you possibly release a version with the older textures from stevensr11's version?
Also, LegioXV, haven't I heard your name in a mod or something somewhere else before? I could have sworn I did...

I'd say it's fine as long as it's configurable and ore dictionary registered. Having copper would definitely be nicer than having another special-snowflake-material as a lot of other mods add/use it, making it pretty non-intrusive.

My problem with it, is that very fact, that a lot of other mods add/use it. Typically, they're not going to be the same thing unless the mods are specifically made to be compatible, so that the ore would be the same one in both mods. I'd love it if they made it for most mods where the specific ore would be the exact same ore in a different mod, thus allowing multiple uses on the same ore. Instead, I only like to have one mod with a certain ore, in this case, Copper. SimpleOres and Galacticraft both have different Coppers, so that annoys me. I actually have excluded Galacticraft from my list of mods for now, because of that, and when used with the Twilight Forest mod, the Twilight Forest causes clouds to appear in the Space Station, Moon, and Mars dimensions. As well as that, when launching off from Earth or on a Space Station, the Earth below isn't there. I know it's not the creators' faults, but I'd love to see even more compatibility between certain larger mods. It's time-consuming and hassling, but it'd make for a cooler game.

Goos get their logic and textures from the substrates and substrate modifiers that were used to make them. I can add substrates based around the old goos if you really want them.

If that means the textures can be the same as the old version, then I'm all for it. Can't wait to see a release, although I dare not ask a modder to rush.
