Well I have noticed in my minecraft years of using this mod that the horses sure take quite a beating I mean turtles have their shells but what do the horses had so I came up with this: CobbleStone Saddles that can add a rocky exterior to the horse's back at least. NEXT
well we got Eyes of Ender so pretty much the ender pearl purififed by the flames of the blaze so now your Claysoldier can pick them up and teleport an amazing 3 blocks with a 5 second cooldown and it should have four uses. NEXT
redstone why you only go to one person real smoke bombs travel to multiple people hmmm. useless sand equal=? I got it one use one block or so radius smoke bombs not as effective as redstone but still enough for soldiers to run in fear. NEXT
You are sitting in your chair I.E. a Nether Brick Stair drinking your potion of instant healing or whatever and after a while you have a lot of bottles that will just be used for potions... But what about Gloves that will add some knockback to there punch Whatcha Know About Rocky Balboa NOOB. NEXT

Just because clay soldiers can't use bows doesn't mean they should be useless. Idea! Arrows equal Spears less damage than sticks same uses final attack when reach one less than max use Throwing Spear. THIS IS SPARTA ------>. NEXT
I think that maybe it...... wait I was thinking of Skyrim when I thought clay soldiers have no spiked shields hmm and I thought what could make spikes hmm I am running out of materials *stares at wooden house* *Gasp* wooden spikes on wooden shields woodception! yes a spiked wooden shield for shield bashing if ever needed. I think thats it yah for now thats it OK I went over five suggestions don't sue me.
I think that would be wwwwaaaayyyy to time consuming, because there would be so so so much to code for it would be ridiculous to wait for that and they have other mods to deal with so that would be crazy to spend all that time on that.

Find their textures in the claymans folder in the clay soldiers mod zip, The textures are in there, I assume that's what your asking.

Spawn lots of clay soldiers in a fenced area
Spawn an equal amount in another fenced area.
Find out how to use gullivers mod
Make yourself tiny
Give the side you wish to fight their items
Give that same side tons of enderpearls
Prepare your side.
Hold out your sides color dye
Get ready
Give the army your fighting diamonds, Along with your army
Attack a soldier of your opponent, They don't instantly die.
Fight.
Be sure to keep holding the dye.

NO teleportation.
Area effect redstone blinding would be overpowered and lame.
We're already using glass bottles for something far more fun than that idea.
There will be no more headwear as any added headwear would be incompatible with the crown, making the kings disadvantaged. They're already lame enough as it is! Try suggesting things that don't further break the balance.
Arrows are already used, and turn into sharp stick weapons, and as of v7 will also provide feathers.
The shields already have an upgrade, and I don't think we're going to add shield bashing as the shields already have way too many effects.
I love the internet but I think to make it better make it so people like you can't get on it.
