i think you should host a page for the HD skins because i cant find any other than texture packs and Emperor Doom's
Yeah, but it just started up again. I mean, depending on what you want, and the resolution and stuff, I might be able to do one for you, but if you're patient, I'm sure this will become a must-have, like MCPatcher/Optifine.

what i had wanted was a mage with brown robes if u could make one that would be awesome. sort of like the mages in skyrim
So i tried this mod out. I installed it. And it didn't want to work. I restarted Minecraft 7-8 times and still did not work..
After uploading a skin, you need to click the "Wear" button in the skin manager. I you don't do this, no files will be sent when Minecraft requests your skin.
Did you install the mod correctly?
If so, do you have any other mods installed?

Thank you so much! This is awesome! :biggrin.gif: You should put a link to that doom guys hd skin thread in the OP :tongue.gif:
I just have Optifine also installed, but it hadn't worked when I installed this mod first either...
(I believe I installed it correctly...fresh copy of Minecraft, drag files into the .jar, and delete META-INF. Then make an account on the website with the same username as your Minecraft's, select a skin, and click 'Wear.' Did I skip anything there?)

Your username must also have the same capital letters as your minecraft name. For example: "origami_101" won't work if your minecraft name is "Origami_101"

You're right...that's what I messed up on. But it says that the username 'Origami_101' has been used. Same with the e-mail. Is it possible to have my account 'origami_101' deleted?

You sir, are amazing! It looks wonderful! Thank you! Now I'll have a reason to work on a good HD skin, not just for fun! I may even try the cape as well, since it supports transparency... I must ask, will ears ever be incorporated into the mod? I would love my Ratchet to have legit ears as well... :tongue.gif:
Can't wait to see what you make, Origami! The more HD skinners the better.
Please feel free to post any in-progress work, or final release in the HDMINECRAFTSKINS forums, as well! We're trying to bring together all the potential HD skinners out there.
On that note, if anyone out there wants to make their very own HD Player skins, I've put together a series of body Templates you can use as a starting point! (LINK)
Also, I've layed out some simple instructions on using HD skins.
Anything you'd want to add/change, Khan?
