*Starts rocking backwards and forwards*
We have gone t-to far. Man was not meant for this...
I use a pile of other mods so I was surprised when this worked without a hitch. Purely amazing. My laptop hates me now though and I think I may have to move minecraft over to my desktop computer for the sack of a lagless experience. Does this support bump-mapped texture packs?
EDIT 22/3/2012: Above texture pack is my WIP one. Hasn't been released and I'm a little too busy with Uni at the moment to finish off all that I wanted for a first release. Please don't message me about it. Thanks.
Edit 16/9/2012 - It's released and called 'A Brush More Colour'. I dont want to post a link from someone else's thread so just search it.
Hi I saw that it was working on your mac. I also have a mac but it doesn't work AT ALL on mine
The photo is of what I see when I go onto a world. As I turn all of the colours change. It really is annoying, I just want to use shaders!

This shader is not compatible with macs which is stated in the main post.
The one he is showing is extremely old and looks nothing like the current version, I recommend trying the following shaders which are compatible with macs and look better than the old version he is showing:
-Sildurs
-chocopics
-CYBOXshaders
-Kuda shaders

Hello there,
having a slight issue that is bothering me. When using SEUS v10.2, Chocapic13, and Sildurs Vibrant shaders there is no Night time. The moon is out but it still looks day.
But when I use SEUS v10.1 it works just fine, besides the water being glitched.
I've linked the images as to what is happening, if someone could assist me it would be much appreciated!
I'm having an issue with certain dark textures, and I've looked about everywhere else I could think of for an answer. I'm not really sure if it's the same issue, or if it's two different things that I'm having problems with at the same time. I made this account specifically to see if I could get some answers so any help would be appreciated...
Operating System:
Edition: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 1511
OS Build: 10586.104
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz 4.00GHz
Installed RAM: 8.00 GB (3.46 usable)
System Type: 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor
GPU: NVidia GeForce GTX 750Ti
Game Specs:
Java: jre1.8.0_73
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9
Optifine: OptiFine_1.8.9_HD_U_H3
Resource Packs: Lithos-Core 1.8-Q
Shader: SEUS 10.1 Normal
-The only editing I've done is to the gbuffers_weather files to "Fix" the missing rain.
Mods: None
I've made sure all my drivers are up to date and reinstalled all of these (Yes, even Java) several times trying to figure out what's going on, and tried just about everything short of deleting the .fsh/.vsh files one by one to narrow it down. That would be my next step but before I go that far I wanted to see if anyone else is having/has had this problem and if there might be a solution for it.
Spider: Left WIthout Shader/Right With Shader
End Portal: Left Without Shader/Right With Shader
Sky in The End: Left WIthout Shader/Right With Shader
End Exit Portal: Left WIthout Shader/Right With Shader
As you can see, End Portals and Spiders have a kind of... ripped... texture thing going on (I'm not really sure how to describe it honestly) while the Sky in The End is really, Really bright, and if you look closely you can see clouds like on the overworld at the edges. I'm not really sure if anything else is affected by this, but these are the only things I've noticed so far...
I've tried it with both Vanilla, the Chroma Hills Resource Pack, and a couple others that I just did quick for the purpose of testing but don't remember what they were. Chroma Hills (Before my game Lagged out due to insufficient Memory) and one or two of the others seemed to fix the spiders, but if anything only made the End Portals and Sky in The End worse. Vanilla Resources also fixed the Spiders, but elicited no change in the others. The only surefire way I've found short of deleting files is to disable the Shader entirely, which honestly I don't want to do. I can still play with only a couple issues such as these, but it still breaks the immersion a little (as much as a world made entirely out of cubes can be immersive anyway ).
It's obvious (to me) that you're not using Optifine's Shaders. Here's the author's post of the old Shader Mod which is where you should get your download. (or here) Your graphics driver probably needs downgrading if allowed. It's a big post so I'll point out the info:
AMD Catalyst Drivers
ShadersMod v2.3.26+ can be used with AMD Catalyst 14.9.
Older versions of ShadersMod crashes on 14.9 but can be used with 14.4 or 13.12.
I think it was removed in 1.8. I quickly cobbled some info together to deduce that without reinstalling. I jogged my memory by checking the timeline of posts and releases making that answer sensible.
Nope. Texturing is particular to the mod not vanilla.
Quotes from grimallq to back me.
Do mind that Shader mod is not known to play well with other mods. Especially ones that might have custom rendering of their own as I suspect Flans does.
The thing about practically every other mod is, they were not designed to work with shader mod. Many mods have additional custom rendering tweaks that may break shaders in unknown and unpredictable ways. Especially if you drop shaders into one of those 100+ kitchen sink modpacks.
Mind you, most (if not all) mods are not designed to work well with shaders (or at all) so something in tekkit might be messing up certain shaderpacks.
Edit: Yes I know there is possibility of a future fix with work but there is no easy fix available now.
I'm having a bit of a wonky issue here... It's not really annoying, but it is unpleasant visually. I see these in all caridinal directions, and when it's night time.

So I've been reading back in this thread, and either it's not in here or I'm blind as someone who looked at a high powered laser. So I've started generating Bump and Specular maps for textures, and I noticed something strange going on, look here...
So, is there a setting I'm missing somewhere? I don't even know what to call what's happening. Downloaded chroma hills just to make sure it wasn't my maps and the same thing happens. Happens with or without Optifine, U_C1 or U_D1.
SEUS 10.1 Ultra
MC 1.7.10
Windows 7 Ultimate on PC hardware
Java 8 update 66
nVidia GTX 750 Ti driver 361.91
Phenom II x4 965
8Gb G-Skill
Edit: This doesn't happen on TME or cybox shaders, but they have quirks that shy me away from them.
1.8.9 version??? Or link to another shaders for 1.8.9?
Use optifine 1.8.9 H2 or whatever the latest version is, the shaders mod is included with it.
And if your asking for compatibility, almost all shaders work with 1.6.4+ aslong as theres a mod for the version, its compatible.

Its probably the Resource Pack you are using, If not
Try re-installing the shader-pack itself, do not edit anything with it and test it out.
for the clouds in the end, I have no clue to fix it, try increasing render view.
