This is why I told you to post a new question instead of quoting part of someone elses. That question involved using Forge and you said it was relevant to your problem, which is why I've mentioned Forge in every answer I've given you.
What do you mean? Ahhh so you need Forge for that? I quit.. Tell me that i don't need Forge..
My dad won't let me buy me another Graphics card.. I'm just a playing child and i have no time for that since it's almost school..
I don't give a crap about that, but don't expect any help if you can't tell us the videocard. I'm just stating that they will probably not going to work with this mod, and you will not be able to complain about it if it doesn't work. I'm not saying you will, but that you can't
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
If someone in an S class cuts me off, I don't get upset. He obviously has important things to do. Now, someone in a Toyota? We're fighting.
These forums are dumb and break my links. I'm bubbleawsome on steam too.

Excuse me but it doesn't matter, I am a "child" I guess you could say, and I am saving up money currently to buy a whole new computer. Would 14 be a child? I don't assume. Regardless, I've saved money for consoles and games and such in the past, and graphic cards ain't that expensive. I assume you can save up for a new graphics card surely.
So I'm having a (non-vital) problem. Grass doesn't seem to wave initially. Everything else- trees and wheat included- do as they should, but it doesn't.
However, when I turn on Anisotropic Filtering (even at a minimum of 2) it will start. However, every time I exit Minecraft the setting- all settings, actually- go back to their default (in AF's case off).
I did attempt to manually change the value in the config file optionsof, changing ofAflevel: to 2, 4, 6 and 8. The game seems to be completely ignoring the file, as the values in the file don't reset at every game start.
I tried installing SEUS both manually and with Magic (I'm 100% sure I have the correct Optifine and GLSL version), but the problem persists.
I'd appreciate any help!
That's perfectly normal behaviour in GLSL 1.46, it's a glitch in the way they got Normal Maps / Parralax & Bump Mapping working..
AF/AA are disabled by GLSL because they are too resource intensive, they have been since MC 1.4.5 (maybe before).
Leaves and wheat normally wave, grass waving is dependent on turning on AF every time, or your texture pack (the latter is the easier fix ).

I suggest you start over with a brand-new fresh question. I have no idea what the heck is wrong with your MC install, and I just read the last 5 pages trying to play catch-up from the weekend..
If you've burned your bridges with Eskimo, your changes of help just dwindled about 85%...
P.S. I had bought and built my first PC by the age of 14 (I cheated because I was working at a computer store at the time and got 50% off, but that's besides the point! I bought my dads old parts and built/upgraded my PCs before that..), and had already started making money doing repairs for other people by that time.
Thanks, it worked.
Also, how do I make the Parallax Mapping extremely smooth like I seen in some pictures?
That's all in the transparency image I think, and you have to delete the ctm folder (connected textures support)..
Eskimo would be able to answer your question better, he's got a nice repo going on with TPs converted to have Bump/POM support. You can look at some of his TPs to compare ;).
What's the best way to disable the animations like tree leaves swaying and water rippling. I have no fps issues but these seem jerky and disconcerting, also can the intensity of the colour be turned down?

Waving animations can be disabled by editing:
gbuffers_water.vsh --> comment (//) out the line #define waving_water
gbuffers_terrain.vsh --> comment (//) out the lines #define waving_grass and/or #define waving_leaves.
As for colour intensity, you can edit final.fsh and change these variables:
#define BRIGHTMULT 1.00 // 1.0 = default brightness. Higher values mean brighter. 0 would be black.
#define DARKMULT 0.00 // 0.0 = normal image. Higher values will darken dark colors.
#define COLOR_BOOST 0.00 // 0.0 = normal saturation. Higher values mean more saturated image.
#define GAMMA 1.00f //1.0 is default brightness. lower values will brighten image, higher values will darken image
These are all from SEUS 10 RC7, you'll have to hunt a bit to find them in other shaderpacks..
Thanks, v8 seems fine, the colours on the latest v10 though might be a bit more of an issue... they are extreme during the day, but at night it simply don't work.
I have tried playing around with ingame settings, nothing has much effect.
They are all latest and installed in that order, it seems to only happen on multiplayer, that would account for jittery leaf animations, but I don't see how it would effect lighting.
I think there's something wrong with my installation of these shaders. They really don't look right. Check out the lumpy shadow of my character and the strange-looking water.
The grass appears to have a shadow...like a 1 px shadow that got smoothed to almost nothing.
I have verified that I am using the correct version of the shader mod and OptiFine. I also have Forge Modloader installed. I went into my NVidia graphics settings and reset everything to the default values, but that didn't make a difference. My graphics card is a GeForce GTX 670, and I'm running on Windows 7. Any ideas?
That looks more like your shadow than the grass, you can increase the resolution in composite.fsh
Look for SHADOW_RES and SHADOWRES and increase the values. 8192 is the maximum
Yes, the large one in the second screenshot is my shadow. I thought that was obvious. I'm referring to the tiny dot next to the grass behind it.
The water you linked is from RC6 not RC7, try Chocapics v3 shaders as they're based on RC6, it might solve both problems at the same time
Okay, I definitely like the water better in Chocapics v3. The shadows also appear to be higher resolution...or maybe they just aren't smoothed as aggressively? I've compared the two in a few more lighting situations, and it does seem like the shadows are being cast correctly, it's just that the aggressive smoothing and/or low resolution shadows struck me as odd-looking.
Also, is ice supposed to have an undulating shadow pattern on it? It looks very strange:

No excuses for being ignorant.
You need to make sure that in gbuffers_terrain.fsh the line #define pom is not commented (//) out.
It's line 9 & 10.
Oh, and use Wordpad or Notepad++ to edit the file. Window Notepad makes a mess out of it!
Thanks, it worked.

Are you running the latest video drivers?
ATI = 13.4
Nvidia = 320.18
Yup, 320.18 on a GeForce GTX 650 Ti
EDIT, 10v6 and 10v4 there is simply no lighting shadow at all.
Was the lighting like this before turning off leaves/grass/water waving?
Haven't asked yet, because it's working, but what Forge/Optifine/GLSL are you running? And, are they installed in that exact order?

But compare my water with the one in this post: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/940974-147sonic-ethers-unbelievable-shaders-glsl-shaders-dynamic-shadows-more/page__st__15860#entry22880700
Or my almost nonexistent grass shadows with these: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/940974-147sonic-ethers-unbelievable-shaders-glsl-shaders-dynamic-shadows-more/page__st__15820#entry22857443
Something's not right.
