You wait for an email with a link to the sugarsync shared folder.
Make sure you check your junk mail folder as well, a lot of people's invites have been going in there and they're moaning about not getting anything for no reason.
Holy crap, thank you! Another +1 for you sir! You have got to be one of the most helpful and quickly responding members on these forums and I cannot thank you enough for that.
I have donated to you but have not received access to the development shaders. Have I done something wrong? Help me.How do i get access to the development shaders. I have donated.
That made it harder to see the bottom, which is good. However, the water itself is still pretty much invisible. Unless there's light reflecting off of it, it looks like a world hole.

i tired to do what the instructions said, but first of all, my optifine and shadersmod downloads were folders, so i just right clicked and compressed them, so i hope that didn't change anything, and i run mac, so i assume the instructions were for windows..? because i didn't understand how to get into my .minecraft folder, the way it was explained, but i know how to get to MY minecraft folder so i don't know if "."minecraft is different. or maybe i was thinking optifine and the shadersmod should have went into the minecraft.jar? which is im my bin, which is in my minecraft folder. but I'm not sure, so after all of that I opened the magic launcher and hit new and didn't know what to name it, the instuctions said to name it to keep track, so under configuration i named it mods, but when i added the optifine and shadersmod zip's it said, under status, not found. then when i put the configuration back to default it said no mods found, so i i cant really name it, i don't know if it changed since this post, but i just left it go, but still, it says no mod found.
please feel free to ask for more specifics, i kind of jumped around a lot and stuff, but hopefully someone can help.
also i do realize it says for 1.4.7, and i have 1.5.2, but when i clicked the links for the shaders mod..(i already had the current optifine, it said it was 1.5.2 and up to date, so i thought it would be okay, but its not working so i probably messed somthing up.
Open final.fsh and search for Darken objects behind water
Change color.r, color.b, color.g to whatever you like, 1.0 is the default value, lower numbers are darker
No idea where you got those files from or why they were in folders, the official format is always a zip file
1.46 ShadersMod for 1.5.2 is here
Optifine D3 ULTRA (not normal) is here
SEUS RC7 shaders are here
Force minecraft to do an update to get a fresh jar file
Open all of the files (including your minecraft.jar from your .minecraft\bin folder) with whatever you use for zip files
Drag the contents of the Optifine.zip into your minecraft.jar
Drag the contents of the ShadersMod.zip into your minecraft.jar
Drag the contents of the SEUS.zip into the minecraft.jar (this should replace the empty shaders folder that was already there)
Delete the META-INF folder from the minecraft.jar
Close everything and run the game
Click Options - Shaders - (internal) to select the shaders
The end
when i downloaded all three of them, they came in folders, but i just compressed them into zips, so that worked, and you said put "the contents" of them in the minecraft.jar, so I'm NOT dragging the zip file into the minecraft.jar, you want me to copy/drag the files INSIDE it in the minecraft.jar, is that correct? I'm assuming so because when i just dragged the zip files in it didn't do anything and when i ran minecraft and hit options there was no where to select shaders

okay so im at the point where i hit options shaders, and i hit internal, nothing happend, i put the shaders.zip in nothing happened, and i even put the shaders mod-mc1.zip in and it didnt change anything:/ so whatd i do wrong
Must be some weird Mac thing, and I have no idea where these folders are coming from or why you're putting things back into zip files.
These are the files that need to be dragged into the minecraft.jar in the order shown in the pic (and don't forget to delete META-INF)
well i did it all and yeah, nothings happening, when i do options shaders, what am i supposed to have selected? internal?

What Mac does on some browsers is unzip zip files upon downloading them. It's really dumb, it doesn't happen to me either, but that's the "weird Mac thing".

Hi I'm trying to run the shaders on full screen [1920x1080]
I'm getting about 40-45 fps. [On a new world not superflat or anything like that :P]
I was wondering if there are ways to optimize it so I can get 60fps and preferably minimal visual loss [Except for lowering resolution]
Graphics Card: Gtx 690 [Yes I know Java doesn't support SLI so I have it on single-gpu mode]
CPU: I5-2500k 3.3GHz
RAM: 16gb [I allocated 11gb to Minecraft :P]
And no I'm not using a texture pack.
Did you do it with a fresh jar or re-use one that got screwed up before?
Clicking (internal) in the Shaders menu should enable them.
If it doesn't go to .minecraft\shaderpacks\ create an RC7 folder and then drag the shaders folder from your RC7 download
You should end up with .minecraft\shaderpacks\RC7\shaders\
Then when you go to the Shaders menu you should see RC7
i did that but still no difference in my gamw play, it still looks the same
How do I get M1 once i've donated?

I'm confused; how do you do this? All I see is:
color.rgb = mix(color.rgb, vec3(color.r * (1.1f - wfresnel), color.g * (1.1f - wfresnel * 0.9f), color.b * (1.1f - wfresnel * 0.8f)) * (1.0 - reflectmaskhold), iswater);
I don't see anywhere to insert values.
Off-topic, but I still need help with my problem (settings returning to default whenever I exit the game).
